Train Heist might be getting an overhaul soon (at least for stealth), as evidenced by some new subtitle additions.
Normally these lines have "the drill is on its way" at the end of it, but these are new lines that omit them:

If I remember well, Overkill removed most traces of code of the flamethrower and bipods when they fixed the bug of getting bipods as a drops.

I check the hashlist (or idstring_lookup.idstring_lookup as it's referred to in the files) and some of the strings files (in the strings folder, of course). I use some Notepad++ plugins to tidy up the files then compare them for any changes between updates.
Holy shit the minigun and RPG combo is so amazing and trivializes so many heist days.

Oh man, the minigun with the stubby barrel mod looks absolutely hilarious. I realize it negates the movement penalty, but I'm not sure I can justify carrying around something that looks this stupid :v:

I really hope the overhaul comes with preplanning and maybe an alternate method of securing the loot instead of just the boat. If not that, I hope we at least get fucking ziplines. If improvements to the heist are only available for stealth, I'm gonna be really disappointed.
But perhaps most importantly of all, a standalone version of Train Heist once you beat the heist, so, you don't have to go hunting for the bonus contract each time.

Needless to say, the moment the safe door opened, the commissar got destroyed by 30,000 damage to the face.

But the RPG has lots of splash damage, a slow reload and very limited ammo.
I mean at this point, I don't think its that big of a deal. Its a co-op game that has been out for almost two years now, as long as the other players aren't killing *everything* and people are able to have fun I think it is way better to have players feel a bit empowered instead of weak.
You could already trivialize bulldozers in tons of other ways before this.

Within 1 day people went from moving away from dozers and taking a tactical approach where one guy stuns and the other face-fucks them to just one-shotting them with rockets.
I hope the novelty wears off, because it makes me sad. If their plan is to power creep until people play Death Wish like they used to play Overkill, I don't even at this point.

Spamming HE rounds and then finishing the dozer off with a couple of headshots didn't require any sort of heroism either
Two shots with thanatos isn't hard either, dozers are big as hell so no aiming is required, and no moments are made
