In case it hasn't been mentioned (I know a dude was pretty miffed yesterday that he had accidentally bought the wrong version of the game), Hotline Miami 2 now has a Digital Deluxe Upgrade version, which lets you upgrade your standard version of the game to the Digital Deluxe version. So you can get your nifty unlocks.

It's pretty much hand-waved in the first game that police are using thermal sights to see through the smoke, even if visually, that's not the case. This is likely carried over into the second game.

Did anyone feel that it was cooler when the cops handcuffed themselves only when the assault wave ended and when they started to retreat in the first game? It felt a lot more realistic than accidentally handcuffing some guy in the middle of a huge fire fight.
Jacket's lines need to be louder for other players, he's almost indistinguishable from bulldozers.

I'm pretty sure you're right, it's just that Payday "Shoot hundreds of cops within 10-15 minutes" 2 isn't the most realistic game out there.
So Cage is no more according Almir was it? Does that mean the "Gage Weapon Pack Bundle" won't get any new additions never ever again? If so should I invest 5,59€ on it?

I actually like Dragan's lack of a domination line.
Mostly because I always play him with Wick's shades and like to imagine he's just glaring at them so hard they shit themselves.
In the few rare situations in game where I encounter a firefight between the Police and Gangsters, I find the combat that occurs to appear more authentic. The Police are usually very adept at dispatching the Gangsters in combat and the Gangsters tend to not do well against the Police. I recall one scenario during the Hotline heist where three SWAT Officers were moving near the gas station and calmly fired upon and killed three rushing Gangsters, afterwards they continued forward to attack the Payday gang.
As such I believe that the Payday gang members are actually genetically engineered heisting monsters.

Nah, it's just that the Payday gang have been shot so many times, they've devloped a immunity to bullets.

okay no offence to the game but i just cannot play this game right now
whenever i escape it just crashes my game

Have you tried verifying your cache? Right click in your Steam Library, Properties, go to the LOCAL FILES tab, and Verify Integrity Of Game Cache.
