Does anyone know if the GMG version of the Hotline Miami Special Edition also gets the Payday 2 stuff? It was asked before, but I didn't see a definitive answer

I believe it's for anyone who owns the game. Other sites like Nuuvem were advertising the Payday 2 content.
Forest on Death Wish blows absolute BALLS.
Very Hard Hotline Miami: Dozer on second floor, Black Dozer on penthouse near stairs after our low-leve; friend went for heals, vault is on opposite side of entry, shitload of cops from everywhere, nearly failed.
right after that...
Very Hard Hoxton Breakout: Couple of tazers, lots of dumb and lame cloakers, and a only dozer when we opening door to escape, "sorry guys i'm late, just finished my breakfast".
Variety of game's difficulty is astounding.

Yes it does.

Jacket's new Richard mask is the derpiest fucking thing i've ever seen
And sitting in corners watching people is the best thing to do with him
Bonus Pocopoints for using Medbag lines

Oh hey Thanatos, didn't know you were on here (idk if you actually recognoze me).
I've only done so many missions on this so far so i'm still rather new to this, but i do have a group to play it with that have been playing it for a whole lot longer than me. (7 hours compared to 250+ with two people).
Overkill Hoxton Breakout consisted of more shields than the god damn Roman army. That entire thing was horrifying, made worse with an ammo shortage, regular guys tanking half a magazine to take down and my regular Scar unable to decide if it wants to hit a barn down or not half the bloody time.
I can see why people stealth when they can, going loud to all that kind of bullshit plus more just gets draining quick, but perhaps i'm looking at the game wrong right now since i've only played seven hours, most of which consisting of me twiddling my thumbs and doing next to nothing.
Shields shouldn't be a problem, but I understand how they can be frustrating to new players.
Try different builds and weapons until you find things that you like AND work for most situations.
I think that would require too much effort, i mean every gun with unique animations would require a new one just for jacket, and would be problematic when reloading your weapons in a way that you either can't talk during the reload or that jacket finishes his sentence and then reloads
i think an easy fix would be just to make the animation for him to be his arm holding out the tape recorder and pressing a button, then lowering it out of view at the same speed the other heisters put their arm down
Completed the Diamond for the first time... Am I missing something or is that heist unbelievably boring, easy, long but nets you no money?

It's too much effort for something so negligible.

Not Thanatos, I'm just some random guy who took this off Tumblr

I think it's okay. Nothing special, just okay.

They have an uncanny ability to protect their exposed hands and feet like the shield has a bigger hitbox than it looks like, and will often turn to face you as soon as you touch the trigger.
I take it i'm not supposed to be doing missions on Overkill till i have some decently modded weapons?

actually, hands and feet have no hitboxes.
actually, hands and feet have no hitboxes.
Neither do legs or arms, I believe. Gotta shoot enemies in either the torso or head.
it's been a while since i've actually had time to play and not just sneak in an achievement run when I can.
forgot there was a sale. time to renew my patience in the payday community. low levels joining hotline miami's and being grossly underprepared. (do you know how long it takes to free three people out of custody with the on-map hostages on various levels of the compound while using a minigun and still make it out at the end? about 20 minutes.)
Two things I like to say:
-Just bought the Dragan and Clover DLC and I have to say I really wish Dragan had more lines. He's answering pager lines are hilarious and I just can't get enough of he's accent.
- It might be just me having a dumb idea but am I the only one that wishes that Payday had more masks from Five Nights at Freddy's? I mean with the new game we could actually make some pretty cool masks with some of the animatronics designs.

I'm surprised this guy hasn't been fixed yet. He's been like this since Beta

I do love the Death Cherry difficulty they've added into the game.

Black-arms McGee doesn't have to be fixed. He's perfect the way he is.

Very unrewarding heist in terms of money, and overall the most lackluster of all the heist DLCs. I've mentioned it a handful of times, but I'm unsure if Overkill has any plans to actually bump the payout to more appropriate levels, since the only thing of any significant value is the actual Diamond, and the artifacts are virtually pennies not worth your time.
still having trouble coming to terms with just how terrible the minigun looks in 3rd person

But when you have no explosives you are done for, unless by some weird magic they decide to look at rock behind them for no reason for awhile.

As someone who managed to get Doctor Miserable before explosives and sniper rifles were a thing: Hah. Haha. Hahahaha. Haaah. :suicide:

shield counters:
HE rounds
grenades
GL40/RPG
snipers
so basically, fuck people without DLC
Its not impossible to rotate around a shield, especially with someone else distracts them, or to use iron-man melee.

it actually is impossible if you're unlucky, they can at times track you around perfectly, even at close range
also if you have iron man aced I feel bad for you
[editline]12th March 2015[/editline]
all the specials in this game are broken as hell
it's like, 90% of the time they pose so little threat, but then they bug out or just pull some total bs and there's no counter
eg shields tracking you around perfectly, cloaker kicked through walls, tasers getting you from around corners or something and just tazing relentlessly until you die, 360 noscope sniper shots etc
