I'll probably make them their own section once there's 3 or 4. I've also considered folding them into the weapon and mod packs and making that category "content packs," but it's very difficult and probably unfair to compare perk decks to weaponry.

we hardly need another 5 different sniper rifles, maybe 1 or 2 more if they can be made different enough perhaps the vss as an interesting weapon: high concealability, integral silencer by default - semi auto with low damage but retaining the shield penetration

Also, is anyone else having trouble with nightclub stealth? I've been trying to help a friend get their mod pack achievements but the last three times I've done it after we get everyone down an NPC spawns already on the phone at the edge of the map, too far for us to stop and already calling so ECMs won't prevent it.

(IE, do it as silently as possible, kill wandering guards in the garage if you can, and just shout down any civs you find in the main office?)

Regen delay. When the delay is up, all armor recovers instantly, even though it looks like it takes a moment to fill up. That's a trick. If the armor regen delay is up and the "animation" begins, and you take damage, your armor will immediately snap to the correct amount.
