Let's do tabula rasa.
Watch out for my steam link though it'll make your steam chinese if you're not careful.
kinda disappointed by the side jobs. wish it was exp instead of money, and wish they were original ideas. wouldn't be too hard to make a series of unique challenges. like, I did tabula rasa and doctor miserable once already. I don't care to do it again, even for something infamous. it's not that I didn't enjoy doing the achievements, I just think they were special for doing once and only once. those achievements are achievements for a reason, just as (most of) the PD:TH challenges were unique to the challenge system itself.
like, kill 100+ enemies in a day of a heist. kill XX with [some gun]. not only does it promote doing well on the mission but it'd allow people to branch out and try guns they might not have considered before.
tsk. :(
They said they will be taking in challenges by the community. I understand why people are disappointed here and in Steam but I think people need to relax and think about it in the long term.
Overkill has always done this sort of iterative development, they release something and improve or finish it over time, for better or for worse. Payday 2 is gonna be around and have a lot of love until August of 2016 (the end of this 24 month deal they are on), you got to look at PD2 as an ever evolving and long-term product, like an MMO or something like that. I don't know any facts but I am sure they will be adding more challenges and more things to do or complete, as time goes on.

I really liked those challenges from the first game. Subdue so-many law enforcers, kill x with y, those were fun :c
Isn't it fun when you spend 20 minutes on a heist, deploying your medic bags for your team, and having to constantly tell inafmy 6+'s to USE THE FUCKING THINGS, Only for them to ignore you, not use it, and go into custody, making you fail?

Yeah, had to tell a player with 2000hrs+ to use a doctor bag when he was on 3 downs instead of a first aid kit, I dunno how that happens either.

He could have played the majority of those hours before Crimefest, and maybe hasn't played that much recently to remember the nuances of health kits and such.
Oh neat daily and weekly mission, oh a weapon mod and money, oh wait I already have 2 of each weapon mods and money is useless.
Better than nothing don't get me wrong but quite pointless feeling for people who have played this game since it came out.
The best thing to do with this imo would be to have it be part spending cash and part offshore, and make offshore gambling a permanent fixture (Why isn't it already?)
Also I hope DLC achs won't be in future dailies/weeklies because imagine not being able to complete them.
Talking about Offshore Payday's we are having the grand Spring Break event
Shouldn't Offshore Gambling be on during events?
I made a mostly instrumental loop of the Spring Break website song. It's rather crude but it was fun to do.
Thought I'd share
I think Offshore should just be a permanent thing now if anything.
Has it been noted that Chains finally has lines for spotting snipers
Because he does

So does Houston
So does Houston
!?!?!? they actually recorded new lines????
Houston isn't dead?
I almost wonder if they're going to make Houston the traitor just so they can avoid having to fix all the holes in his lines.

traitor doesn't appear to be a member of the crew at all (despite hoxtons ramblings), viklund committed to fixing all crew members in an earlier tweet
I really wish the other Hotline masks were like Richard returns, where they're actually, well, full head masks like they are in the games.
I want tabula rasa and I left a lobby of pubs because the fp group announced that there was a nice group who needed one more but then the announcement disappeared when I got out. :<
!?!?!? they actually recorded new lines????
No, they're like the placeholder lines Chains has for spotting snipers
They're made out of cut-outs of already existing dialogue
Might be late but today I've noticed Hoxton has lines for calling out Clover. I dunno about any other heisters.
Tabula Rasa is insane
No, they're like the placeholder lines Chains has for spotting snipers

I was really enjoying the new one day train heist until I realised I had to get 8 ammo bags after lobbing the three turret parts in. Did I forget to mention when I joined all my team mates were in custody? I finally went down after I got 2/8 ammo bags by a black dozer. Was I mad? Nah, probably the most fun match I've had this year.
Also, thank fuck for that zipine.
Its the reason why I can't like Houston, almost all of his lines are spliced together, his grenade lines are cut off from calling smoke bombs. Hell he doesn't even have camera lines. Not to mention literally zero personality.
I might actually like him as a character if his voice actor gave a shit

He does, but he hasn't been able to get into the studio yet until recently
Well, Derek doesn't even know he is Houston now, not Hoxton.

It's 20 ammo bags on Death Wish. And because they're now required they stripped out the ability of the bags to explode.
