What's a good mission for off-shore money Like, I've been 100 for a million heists now but I cannot fucking afford to go infamous jeSUS FUCK why did I let my friends talk me into resetting my profile
Hoxton Breakout is by far best for both cash and XP, just farm that on Overkill/Proverkill and you'll be laughing.
I have a very serious question. Does anyone at Overkill actually play the game on a difficulty above Very Hard? Because you have a lot of things programmed into the game that cease functioning as mechanics at around that point. The Muscle perk set is pointless above VH. LMGs are utter shit above VH. You have all this baggage that doesn't function in what I consider to be the actual game. Let me elaborate on the perk set thing. Both Muscle and Sociopath have things dealing with making enemies panic. Enemies on Overkill and above rarely panic. 1-in-20 cops will panic for a half second, and all that does is hide the head hitbox and make it harder to kill them.
Since I'm a newb and I mostly play bank heists, I decided to make a bank buster build. Good idea or bad idea?

Either of those weapons are just inherently superior at every role to which you could bring an LMG to the table. They can stay on target. They can fire semi-automatic. They have iron-sights. Less ammo, but you'll always hit what you're aiming at. Also, if you're making enemies panic I hate you, because that means I can't shoot them in the face.

Assault rifles don't have their massive magazine size, nor can they cause panic. Also, a panicking enemy is effectively useless and stationary, so it really shouldn't be a problem shooting them in the face while they stand there for 3-4 seconds.

Shotguns exist. Shotguns exist and actually have support skills.
What's the point of LMGs, then? Shotguns exist. Shotguns exist and actually have support skills.
I mean no offence but shouldn't it be obvious? I mean, LMGs have high rates of fire and have 75-200+ rounds in their magazines whereas most of the shotguns are slow weapons that focus on single targets or like 2-3 dudes clustered together.
The Joceline is the new shield killer for an Enforcer build. Kills shields in one shot. 8 more rounds, stability to help with follow up shots, this thing is a beast. 223 damage and nothing survives. It also kills shields at stupidly far ranges for a shotgun. And it's still a one hit kill. Limitations: Shields take two hits for body shots, or if the round passes through one other target before hitting the shield's face.

I find them to be the superior solution for close-medium range. I mean, LMGs have trouble getting above 40 damage. Shotguns get above 80 with ease. Even the weakest jump up once Overkill is active. I just found out today that you can have multiple skill builds :v: Whenever people talked about their different builds I assumed they were just respeccing each time and remembered what they bought. I am not a clever man.

Wait are you serious? Bonnie has no "need ammo" line. I know they're bringing VAs to cover lines but seriously?

Shotguns are mostly single target and fairly slow weapons in one way or another (firing speed, reload speed). Its like asking why the sniper rifles do so much damage compared to other things, they have low ammo, mostly single target, and very slow.

That's what the chart I have says, anyway. [t]http://i.imgur.com/1LbuUHM.png[/t] Anyway, I don't mean to argue like I'm being stubborn. I just wish I could find LMGs more viable. I'd love to be able to dig in with them and have them work to suppress enemies, but the way they are in the game I lean much more towards ARs, pistols, or SMGs because they let me peck a bunch of enemies quickly and precisely. Many enemies on Overkill and above just don't respond to meatshots. So you can pepper them with an LMG until you run dry, but unless you pull accuracy and manage the head shots, they're going to kill you.

[editline]15th March 2015[/editline] Here's a bug related to the Joceline. Occasionally, it's as though an invisible wall is blocking me. I think it has to do with the weapon's bounding box having collision. Changing weapons makes it go away.

Nevermind I was wrong, fucked up muh maths and shit cause I'm dumb, it is 3 at 32 damage. But for a gun with 200 rounds, its not a big deal. Beyond that I think this is just subjective now, I use them tons and I have a great time with them.

I'm sure they'll fix it tomorrow.
Just joined an Art Gallery game and saw this. [t]http://i.imgur.com/JnS8UsB.png[/t] No one else saw it.
So day 4 is gonna be random guys going to LA right?

ok so the other double barrel is now completely redundant? there's literally no reason to use it over the o/u
ok so the other double barrel is now completely redundant? there's literally no reason to use it over the o/u
The only thing the Mosconi does better is concealment, but concealment on these specific weapons seems pointless. Like I said earlier, if Overkill isn't going to make a new break-action shotgun for the secondary slot, they should make the Mosconi a secondary shotgun. It'd be perfect, as I don't think I've seen anybody ever pick up the Mosconi for their primary in quite some time, being a secondary might make it worthy of actually using again.
I remember back in the beta days the Mosconi was the end-all for shotguns and was one of the best guns in the game. Oh, how far has it fallen... :(
