What kind of horseshit is this? I've played this game since it came out, beta included, and I have not once seen this happen.
What the fuck? This is new.

"AAAAAAAHHHHHHH MY EARS HURT I BETTER CALL THE COPS INSTEAD OF THE HOPITAL"
So I just dicked around with the Bonnie stuff for just over an hour on a few heists and these are my impressions
-The over and under shotgun is a direct upgrade from the mosconi yet is still really useless. The only thing the mosconi beats the new shotgun in is concealment but if you're gonna make dodgeforcer the raven is still infinitely better.
-Like the mosconi its mod-pool is pathetic and the weapon will thus remain utterly irrelevant forever. Why not reskin the furniture to black plastic for some different mods like with some of the assault rifles? Why not tape a sight or laser on it? Double barrel shotguns especially (over and unders) are some of my favorite weapons yet both are woefully underpowered even if you abuse swansong and bulletstorm.
-I probably would be mad about the new weapon being a direct upgrade but since it's free and both it and what its a upgrade of are both really under powered anyway I don't care whole lot.
-I like Bonnies character model, and it's nice to have a character with a different physical build
-However the voice work for Bonnie feels like an afterthought. Rarely does she sound emotional, not even in assault waves or doing -really important shit- like calling out special units or inspiring. Compare Bonnies inspire lines to Clovers.
-The gambler perkdeck is fun and offers a new playstyle I genuinely enjoy but because its not rouge or armorer people will never use it and that is a shame. It held up well in OVK but I imagine it'd fall apart in DW.
Overall I hope the perkdeck and weapon get a serious buff its still a nice freebie.
Sometimes I wonder what the game would be like if "difficulty" didn't equate to "spamming shields and tasers."
Seriously.
Piss easy, that's what it would be
Seeing Jacket in action has made me realise just how much we need different outfits back.

I have no idea what you're talking about. The sheer damage output and the fact that you can either have it be really accurate or spray wildly around the place makes the Joceline a worthy choice
The thing 1HKOs tazers on headshots ffs

Weapons with mod-pools of like 2, of the copy-paste saw-the-barrel/saw-the-stock feel woefully lazy.
M79 Blooper could easily carry different grenade types. Historically, beyond HE, was there was also Airburst and Buckshot. Ahistorically, you could give it HEDP, Thermobaric, and so on.
As for the shotguns - come on. Ammo, stock, barrel? No sight modifications? No alternative stocks? No attachments? No allowing us to use the attachment-toggle button to fire both barrels at once? No combination guns or German-style Drillings with 3+ barrels?
I would kill for the ability to sling a one-shot rifle round barrel under the Moscani to pop snipers and specials from afar with.

Isn't the ECM supposed to prevent civilians to use their phones ? I'm kinda lost here.
I Was expecting a reveal of the guns or whatever comes with it but I am not too miffed
Isn't the ECM supposed to prevent civilians to use their phones ? I'm kinda lost here.
ECM feedback is an alternative skill that incapacitates mobs
Now that you mention it I think that's where they got the panic animations from

Under "ECM Feedback":
"Using ECM Feedback during stealth will cause guards to raise the alarm once they are no longer incapacitated. Civilians affected by the Jammer will also raise an alarm if left unchecked."

So can the raven with shotgun perks and if it doesn't you can still get a follow-up shot in to finish the job without having depleted your entire mag.
With the Joceline if you miss that headshot welp gotta use the other tube and run away pissing yourself and reloading. With the raven, one or two taps does the job and if you miss you still got 8 shots left in the pipe (assuming using short barrel for dodgeforcer)

I don't have the DLC for Raven. So I use Joceline. Now what?
The Raven is absolutely wonderful
It feels awful to shoot it though, as opposed to the joceline

You pretty much have to use the short barrel on the Raven anyways, I know I do as an ICTV forcer
Unless you're talking about OVERKILL / Berserker, the Raven can't 1shot headshot. The joceline however does that even further out than point blank
Mag Plus on the Saiga, as I mentioned previously, is absolutely retarded. It's the only shotgun that reloads via a magazine. 22 shot barrage of death, pop out mag, pop in new mag, 22 shot barrage of death.
I would really, really like to see an item management system similar to TF2. Crafting unwanted masks/materials/colors (any two -> one random, not either of the two used) or trading (even if just a strict 1:1, same type) would be excellent.

The Joceline makes you heavily, heavily vulnerable to tazers.
EDIT: Damn, merge was ninja'd.

I think even more pressing is that as we get more heists, Crime.net becomes even more of an unusable mess. The screen lags for me when heists are popping up.
A lot of systems need overhauls.
I'm also of the mind that they just ditch the color system for masks and free-palette it. Obtaining colors is a pain in the ass.

I said shotgun perks so of course i mean overkill/beserker. If you're playing right you'll always have beserker active and nearly always under the effects of overkill.
If dodgeforcing low blow also becomes a factor.
Something that's kind of annoyed me about the new heisters is that, with the exception of Jacket, they don't have much character beyond nationality. Clover's Irish, Dragan's Croatian, Bonnie's Scottish, unlike the original guys that's really all there is to them.

What do you want? A video where they're all playing poker and they go over their past exploits?
I like Bonnie's accent, but she doesn't really... I don't know, have any lines that make her stand out, I mean, Clover has being terrified of the specials, and swearing like nobody's business, but Bonnie and Dragan can be entirely summed up as "oh they have an accent when they say regular lines." I'll let Dragan off slightly though, as he at least speaks in another language for a few unique lines.
Dragan is hilarious, what are you talking about?
"Consume the soil", "The drill shit its pants", "The drill is squealing like a pig", "You look like shit and potatoes, without the potatoes", "You shat your pants... what the fuck", "Hello... is it me you're looking for?", "The radio is near my crotch... my boner pressed the button, not me", "I thought I saw a burglar, but it was a burger. The spelling confused me."

Just something else to them, you can't really describe Wolf by saying he's Swedish, or Dallas by saying he's American.

Sure, but I can say that about the other characters as well.
For one, its unfair because PD:TH had the original crew and had them talk, PD2 does not (but will once the VO update in a few months comes out).
But you actually see some specks of personality come out, how they yell, what they yell, how they act. Clover has a lot of swearing, cocky attitude, a bit of a femme fatale to her, things like yelling at special units. Dragan has his goofy ass attitude, his overall goofy ass demeanor, probably because he has done this shit so much its easy peasy for him. No one else ever mentions boner pagers.
Wick is pure professional besides his few cheesy lines, he doesn't overly threaten, doesn't overly yell, his pager responses are all reasonsable
Bonnie is similar to Wick but far more aggressive, makes a few references to scottish slang or some small cultural things, she is a fairly collected by aggressive character.
Jacket is Jacket.
idk how anyone can say any of the characters in the game don't have character, they're all pretty distinctive to me
Just failed big oil day 2 cus a cloaker got me through a door then the ai kept trying to get me up instead of kill the cloaker standing next to him till he got kicked while the other ai was still in casing mode ...
I still love listening to the crew yell honestly
They all have their own style of yelling really, at least to me
Clover's shrieking used to be the most annoying thing but now it is the banshee cry of waifu to me.
My ears are bleeding and I can't tell if that liquid is love or blood
