Oh also,
Coyoteze is just silently reading this thread, rubbing his hands together and internally laughing, for only he knows how COMPLETELY DIFFERENT the actual heist is.
You've got no idea how much I was laughing. [editline]sd[/editline]
Well fuck me. I was totaly wrong with the heist not having driving mechanics. This is actually a lot of potential for the future of the game.
All of you were so pessimistic, it really made me eager for this heist to come out. "No way there will be driving". I even saw someone say Diesel wouldn't be able to handle it. It's been hilarious to see all of you react to it, especially so positively! :D
turn your texture detail down to medium and it gets fixed
I wonder when they will fix that.
So I just got the Game of the Year Edition when it was on sale and just wanted some tips on starting out. I played a bit of the PS3 version with friends when it was free, but it was several updates behind (from what I could tell because no cloakers). I didn't really play it too much since they stopped playing after a week or two.
I'm not really a fan of the close-range stuff you insistently keep doing, especially with lots of patrolling entities, hopefully I'll get the hang of this sooner or later.
So I just got the Game of the Year Edition when it was on sale and just wanted some tips on starting out.
Don't act dumb.
it still crashes with texture detail on medium. Just not in the heist. it crashes when somebody joins my lobby
My only complaint is the fact that this heist doesn't give nearly enough experience for how hard it is to get to the actual driving part.
Don't act dumb.
Keep your guns on full auto as well.
The driving is so hilariously goofy feeling
Holy fuck that drivining part was so fun, good heist Overkill! Underpays a lot tho.
Keep your guns on full auto as well.
Check your mags and keep reloading

Like 20 fucking guards on DW. Kill me.
Great heist, acceptable stealth if a bit tedious. Payout and exp is not nearly worth the effort though, as fun as the driving is.
Don't act dumb.
Might be a little tricky, but ok!
Keep your guns on full auto as well.

Check your mags and keep reloading
Cool, seems simply enough. Thanks everybody! I'll be a pro at felonies in no time!
So.. Uh.. Short of just brute-ECM rushing the damn heist, what's the safest way to do things? The manager is usually easy to find, but most of the time he's speaking with another civilian, and that means if I tie him down, the other gets alerted, and there always seems to be a damn security guard or another civilian who will wander into the act and alert everybody else. Feels like I just need to get lucky.
Drivable Cars? VAHOOOM!
Vroom Vroom [t]http://puu.sh/gFY4A.jpg[/t] I fucked up and somebody found a body but had like 3 minutes to complete the heist, so i said fuck it and stole a car and sped to the finish line. Apparently you can also get in the passenger seat of a car, so if your intent on stealing only 2 cars, 2 people can fit in each one.
Funny thing by the way, I saw the Battlefield Hardline Live Action trailer yesterday, and this comment chain was below it [t]http://i.imgur.com/9aCZHbi.png[/t]

All it comes down to is luck and how quickly you can move bodies.
how do you even complete this in 4 minutes
im crashing constantly and have disabled all my mods. what can i do?
might wanna get driving lessons
how do you even complete this in 4 minutes
Probably the same way we always do, ECM rush.
So now Train Heist, and Car Shop are missing Death Wish achievements.
So now Train Heist, and Car Shop are missing Death Wish achievements.
good, not looking forward to stealthing both on death wish
I liked the car a lot I didn't expect it. Dallas went into my passenger seat while wick and hoxton just stayed at the car shop though.
All right so after completing this heist my impressions are sort of just.. Average.. I mean truth be told, the stealth isn't anything to really praise, as it's all in close range, and you've got a ton of guards and patrolling civilians in a relatively small area. It seems like they almost intended for it to be an ECM rush paradise, as that's the only way I'd expect people to do this consistently. On the bright side, the aesthetics of the environment are great, I'm glad they didn't recycle the small dealerships in other heists, so that's a major plus. It's also nice to see that they brought back the NPC dialogue so that it's not just a bland environment. But in the end, it feels like the heist is more of a 'tech demo', it showed off driving, and that's really the gimmick the whole heist is wrapped around. It (currently) pays off quite poorly, and it's really not a heist I'd expect to return to very often, especially since it's stealth-only, and it's not in the same vein as Shadow Raid. It's a flashy heist with a cute gimmick, and I'll give it that, but it feels like a lot of other factors are holding it back.
So I got the "Tag, you're It!" achieve before overkill changed it from "Pie!" [thumb]http://i.imgur.com/pPibX4E.jpg[/thumb]
More escapes with drivable cars, and I'll never buy Expert Driver again
Yeah so when I found out you could drive I got so excited I drove off on everyone who didn't know where the keys where.
