No, that's not okay with us. You have to stop right now.
It seems there is a bit of a misunderstanding.
The DM implied that she did that to the monk, leaving much to our imagination. I have worded myself poorly.
That doesn't actually make it any better.
It's one thing to get beaten by another character in fair combat, it's another to be beaten and mocked for losing. It's another thing entirely to get beaten, mocked and raped. That's a degree of humiliation and insult I honestly would never recover from, and I hope the player just up and left after that incident.
You don't rape PCs [sp]unless they're apparently into that thing and ask[/sp], period.
Also, as much as I hate the overuse of the term, I can personally attest that there are people in my group that would have traumatic memories triggered by such a thing.

Edit. I'm sorry... If you don't particularly care about the Toy Figurines that are mentioned but hey, It was kinda stupid and that's not everyone's thing.
This is the funniest post I've ever read on this site... Oh my god. Every part of this post is gold.
Seriously tho, why are you asking us this? This is a thread about RPGs, Munchkin is a board game. Moreover, why are you asking us permission on what you do in your board games? And why did you explain all of that? (Note the Bold and Underlined in that statement.)
Probably trolling
So my party isn't just split at this point, they literally aren't even a party anymore, one stole the group's vehicle and is heading for a city far to the north, while the other two are both imprisoned in a southern seaside city, awaiting execution.

This is becoming more and more of a problem, as I can't give them mega hard content fit for a group but I don't want to give them easy stuff, any ideas on what I should start doing from now on?
And when I say they are far apart, I mean the characters are at the point where they'll probably never see each other again.

Kill whichever group you dislike more, or otherwise find some way to remove them from the game.
Or, if you're less kill-happy, find some way to force the group back together. Because the way you make it sound, you're not playing a game, you're running two, with overlapping session time, which honestly, is not the best thing for anyone

Schedule two different times for each group - slowly give them opposing objectives.
In a few months time, each side has reached the pinnacle of trust for the organization they are working with. A large scale conflict grows from a simmer to a flash-point over a few sessions.
The final reveal? Each force lead by the two PC groups are the combatants on opposite sides of that conflict. Who wins? Let the dice decide.
I started a riot that ended up burning down two cities. Am I doing something wrong?

No, but one was home to a lot of smugglers and lower-income people. I just wanted to overthrow a king and one roll lead to another.

Sooo, I knew couple once, who played with us occasionally... and, well, one of my friends went over to their house once, and they were in the middle of roleplaying by themselves, dice, sheets, and everything, guy with his shirt off, scented candles lit, lights dimmed. Couldn't really play with them after that, knowing we were helping them with their foreplay.

Session 3 of X-Com went pretty alright. Introduced their base management options, started some construction, finished some research, and continued to slog through organizing things in a sane manner.
After shooting down a scout UFO over the black sea, another one manages to survive interception and escapes to land on the rocky coast of Bulgaria. They proceeded to assault it, of course.
[t]http://i.imgur.com/7D0Wcrs.jpg?1[/t]
Mostly by the numbers, though they realized the rookie they brought along didn't have IR goggles so they had to duct-tape a flashlight to his gun. They also encountered their first Outsider, with my own twist on them- namely that they live inside of intact UFO power supplies. The top four operatives also earned nickames! As decided by every other player, we got "Tortuga", "Slug", "Ammo Dump", and "More C4".
Soon afterwards they finished research into alien materials and cranked out some improved body armor, trauma plates, and a set of alloy knives in time for the next mission, an abduction in Turkey outside of their radar coverage.
[t]http://i.imgur.com/FWjzr7b.jpg?1[/t]
A rather short op, both in and out of game- It took like, 45 minutes to run through, all told. Mostly by the numbers, though the Sectoids present were more heavily armed and More C4 went pretty hog-wild with her grenade launcher. Over the course of two turns she pegged a Sectoid in the face with a frag grenade, spreading him across the inside of a convenience store, and then dropped a frag and an HE grenade onto another two inside of a kebab stand.
And then we called it for the night because it was our ending time. I've got a number of changes and things to remake that I'm mulling over now that we've had three sessions to get a feel for what's working and what isn't. We'll see how that works out.

Those races look amazing. I love seeing things that aren't just "humans with pointy ears", if you get what I'm saying.
Oh yeah, we spent a load of time on coming up with unique races.
I'm a big fan of the Rekindled and Vampires, myself.

Your artist is incredible, really, all of the stuff you've got there looks amazing
I definitely might put some money into this once my birthday rolls around, even if my group never plays I love owning pretty books like this
out of curiosity though, do the versions with the physical book have a download for the digital one as well?
The Shade are kinda-sorta my babies. I didn't write them, (I joined way after the race concepts had been finalized) but because I'm writing the section on The Glass Forest, which is where they reside.
Art-wise I really do like the Wretched and Vampires. We have a lot of in-jokes about the Drones and their curious nature.

Speaking of that, Drones can be of pretty much any shape or form? Like, can I be a rolling ball that unfurls into a murderbot with a shitload of machine guns, kinda like that thing from Star Wars prequels? What are the restrictions on Drones to not make them OP?
