Anyone know how to increase the draw distance via the console? I used dota_camera_distance 2000, but if I up to to anything higher the map looks wonky.

Didn't happen for me, if he viper strikes you just jump him while purging and then active ulti for a few seconds of uninterrupted sapping stats. Rinse and repeat, I ended with 25 kills in the end and won the game when I first tried it.

If Magnus RP's people at T3 tower (at least mid), then Skewers them towards the T4s, uses Refresher, RP's again, Skewers and shift-queues (or is very quick with) Blink he can get all the people he skewered into the fountain.

Probably because he skilled wrong then. A proper Viper will wreck a Slark that 1v1s him.

Because it takes a lot of mana, thought, and time to line up everything perfectly. When you're RPing people at T3 towers, getting a skewer off is about all you need.
