Yeah and the reasoning pretty much is that Lina is supposed to be a nuker first and disabler second while Lion is disabler first and Nuker second. If both earned the same bonuses, they'd basically become the same hero.

matchmaker looks at win% and tries to make both teams have a similar total value
it does not care about skill level, amount of games played or bp-level
for example if one guy on radiant has 70% winrate(probably good player), his teammates will have significantly lower winrates(probably bad players)
if the dire does not have a guy with such high winrate, they will most likely have a more balanced winrate across all players(probably decent to good players)

well actually it's more dull than roaming support vengeful since venge can't start dealing dps till her aura has more levels and getting more levels early on pushes the lane making farming difficult and delaying it already means she's too far behind real carries in dps that she can't do anything
plus her wave and aura work for teammates as well, and swap is a waste as a survival skill
yeah if you get a semblance of farm on VS it's so much more fun to get items that help you gank and then get damage items through kill gold

Finger bouncing would be pretty scary. Eeeeexcept that one could assume that it would likely bounce to a creep, which makes it lose that scare.
Unless the bounce prioritizes Heroes over creeps. Then it's pretty scary.

They do stack. First you veil > ethereal > spike > ult /dagon. And then you could possibly use a Refresher orb and do it again!(probably not enough max mana). You can even put an Orchid before the ethereal for another nuke.

Yep, we have ourselves an update; dunno what the content is, but it's definitely an update.
Legion Commander does sound like a pretty cool char; her Ult in particular sounds like a nice bit of risk-reward; if you fuck it up the enemy gets extra damage, but if you succeed you can start to snowball. Not so hot about Moment of Courage, since even though it allows a Lifesteal counterattack, it's still bound by dice which kinda ruins it's strategic value.

If you know what your doing, its really hard to fuck up your ult. Earlygame, you usually use it when the enemy is about to die, otherwise you risk feeding someone damage (or not getting any damage at all). Sometimes you can use it for a cheap disable but it makes you vulnerable.
