I don't even understand how anyone can feed that much. If I'm dying a lot I pretty much do whatever it takes to avoid doing it more, even if it means staying by tower and losing out on XP.

so i recently traded for a strange invoker item, i know it resets their kill count to zero but its not counting kills, on the contrary it still counts sunstrike kills from the modifier. is there a solution to the kills not being counted or am i fucked? i googled the same question but every reply to threads regarding the issue just asked the same question
Necrolyte is typically played more as a pusher than a support. He needs farm and items quite a lot.
Mek is core on him, sure, but that doesn't automatically make him a position 5 ward bitch.
Tank Necrolyte is best.

I've never seen Necro played in a pushing strat. He's either a tanky semi-carry or in most cases, a support.
I'd call him a mid-game carry. He's very powerful with a few items, but he can't beat out the likes of a properly farmed Anti-Mage, Void or Spectre once the game has gone on too long. Luckily you have great self-sustaining pushing power between Death Pulse and Mek, so you can hopefully end before it reaches that stage.
