I think Techies is the most 50/50 hero in Dota: Either you fucking love him, or you fucking hate him. Little to no middle ground there.

Played one of M28's new mods, Dota Wars, this shit is really fun
You can buy creeps that spawn to midlane every 60 seconds, including treants, mudgolems, centaurs, warlock golems and some more.
Early game our team kept buying centaurs, so the enemies got stunlocked and then surrounded by centaurs. We pushed really well until they bought Ancient granite golems, which were unaffected. Then they won the game.

Enemy team has a stack that instapicks KotL + PL (turns out looking at his history that they do it a lot) I'm laning against him and prepare to try and destroy him... And then 30 seconds into the game I start lagging really hard and disconnect. Of course by the time I reconnect, nobody has paused and PL has killed me, there are no ganks from mid and so of course he snowballs out of control.
The worst part is how pro they must think they are for doing it

since they both have huge mana pools and burn through it really fast so ez mana voids
