He can escape actually, he has 2 really good escapes, he can also 100% farm the entire game because with ulti you can actually go to teamfights instantly.
Also he might suck early game and needs good babysitting, but he scales retardedly into lategame where enemy supports die just because you ult.
That is if you're not being shat on, if you are, then spectre is worthless.

Kinda weird with CM though. She is perfect Tranquils carrier so MS shouldn't be that problematic.
That and given how Rhasta can potentially disable 3 (hex, shackle, ward trap) people or chain disable someone for extreme periods of time, his lacking movement speed is to actually offset it. Imagine he had less trouble getting into position for good shackles, ward traps and hexes.
I see no reason to play Spectre. She's not even really that scary late-game unless she singles off a splitpusher or has teammates to back her up.

I was doing so good with positioning with a 0-2-10 leshrac with only 700 hp but then alchemist got fat and started stunning me for full hp

i love shadow shaman but honestly
being slow in an aggressive trilane meta doesn't work out too well
it balances him out anyway. a 300(350 with boots) movespeed shaman shackling, hexing, and nuking the shit out of everyone would be over the top.

His move speed isn't the problem, his channeled stun is the reason you don't see him.
