In League, people throw the surrender vote the moment enemy team gets 4 kills, even if the game seems equal. Or even better, one time my team was pushing their rax, enemies had taken only 2 towers, and as I was splitpushing bot my team lost a fight. Immediately afterwards someone wanted to surrender, and every other teammate agreed to it.

I can't count how many time I had a comeback in solo.

The reason 99% of the time that comebacks don't happen is purely because people give up. Adding in surrender would only vindicate them.

This is true, but just because they think it's over doesn't mean that they couldn't have won. A forfeit button would only ruin it for the people who actually try to win no mater what. If people would just keep trying to win rather than just giving up because the odds are no longer stacked in their favor it would be so much better. So fuck having a forfeit button, we need to have people with indomitable spirits.
I've now twice randomed Drow, and since I hate repicking I stuck with it. Boring fucking matches, even though Drow rapes. I feel dirty now, and besides, I'm a pretty fucking bad Drow player anyway.
Which is funnily enough something I take pride in.

I've played lol and hon and that rarely happened. You only remember that one case because, well, it was a rarity. Now, tell me how many times it was used appropriately.

This happens because it matched you against people who were likely extremely low in their bracket and were subject to getting thrown down a bracket. They do this to verify that these people can't beat people who are a bracket below them.

I play solo, All random at that, so by general experience, I should be either insane or begging for forfeit right now, and I aint either.
Learn to bare with it, morale is a miraculous thing, so is skill and luck. I am just out of game where in first 10 minutes we were 5:0, Tiny got crushed mid by TA, Kunkka solobot vs Bear and Clap fed first blood, all a setup for "forfeit" and given our Venomancers attitude (and lack of warding for first 20 minutes or so) I assume most of my team would forfeit.
We won.
1 Good teamfight can turn things around. 1 Bad death can screw you over. 1 creep more and crucial item would've been made. 1 player breaking enemy's initiation. 1 second. 1 rune
What forfeit would bring to the table is reducing amount of games lasting longer than "they should've in theory", essentially eliminating majority of exciting turnarounds, comebacks, underdog moments, truly satisfying victories and base races. Majority, because there are still 5man premades and Tournaments. And I like playing pubs. And I like my pubs with a 1% miracle rate.

That requires all player leaving relatively within 1 minute period and is more towards 5 man teams that know that they are against competent people who'll not let them get a comeback or won't drop the ball.
It's not really usable in pubs and I assume thats what aydin690 wants.

Yeah, I tried playing three matches today, wasn't able to complete a single one. First one had an early abandon, and the next two crashed, and when I tried reconnecting, they didn't exist anymore.

Well, US East was in anarchy earlier, but I haven't experienced any problems. Might still be going on for some.

with his default helmet you can see some tan colored something on the back of his neck so it's probably just blue attire
Yep; even if he's half-fishman like one of the Marsh family, he at least has humanish skin beneath that armour. As for his head, it's probably mostly-human with the exception of maybe having large fin-ears, if we assume the helmet is an exact fit of his head.
