There's an easy fix to that.
Expect the absolute worst, then when anything remotely good happens, be happy about it. Don't get caught in a negative spiral, it's only gonna make things worse. I happily support the worst goddamn muted alchemist that keeps dying because he overextends, I give my life to protect the carries' and I keep buying wards and dust and smoke and roam and give up last-hits to make sure the carry can get his core up.
As long as I feel that I'm doing my best, I don't care how bad my teammates are, and as long as I don't act like a dick, I don't get flamed.
In the end, it's just a game, there's no reason whatsoever to whine about a bad match. Take note of what you personally was doing wrong and improve. Also, items don't mean jack, don't get pissed about that, please. It's just as bad as people whoring commends at the end of the game. Take what comes naturally to you and don't expect anything more than what you give.

There's the problem. I don't get anything that's even remotely fair considering what I give.
Items don't mean jack? Whatever helps you sleep at night, I actually like to receive some sort of reward for doing well instead of seeing assholes get rewarded.
And without trying to sound too dickish, I wish people would fuck off with the 'it's just a game' excuse already. I put time and effort into this, I'm allowed to complain about shit.
if you dont like seeing assholes getting items then leave before the game starts giving them out, you have a few seconds at the final scoreboard to do this

Sorry if I came off as condescending, but I'm just trying to say that if your mindset is negative, your games will be bad experiences. imo people should be playing games to have fun.
Holy Christ, its been like 3 weeks? Seriously testing a hero to be ready for release is very difficult, valve is not entitled to give you a new hero every week.

Valve posted on their blog that stack-reports don't do shit unless you have specks on your conversation etiquette, including that of previous matches.

Well obviously they do do something because now I have Low Priority and mute. They were all talking on the mic about 1 reporting me for Communication and the other for Gameplay or something like that.

Almost every argument which results in a ban is between two people equally deserving of punishment and it just so happens that guy #1 has one more previous offense than guy #2 so #1 gets the ban, and then a few days later #2 shoots his mouth off again and gets banned again, too.

Yea after a long hard game that was really close, I'm not angry if I don't get an item, because it's meh to me, but if I get an item, its a reward ontop of the reward of winning such a close game
