Friend of mine was playing Invoker today and managed to run fast enough to have a trail of 10 Necro Skulls following him. Then he tower dived, got all of his health back, and THEN went to secret shop and bought a Rapier. We won.

No, it's a visual bug. You can taunt every 10 seconds. Ignore the one-time use, it's just visual. It will be fixed later today.

I like to get Medallion -> Drum -> Desolator -> Whatever it doesnt matter everyone's already dead.

Honestly the way I see it is, you delay any actual impact you can have by farming late game items and they know you're farming and get aggressive because they know Bounty Hunter isn't living in their colon so by you farming the Battlefury and later items you're essentially crippling your team and ignoring BH's strengths.

I think there's only a couple moves that even have it (Cull is the only one that comes to mind).

Yah only a couple ultimates have it. I don't think there are any normal skills that do it. ES + ET ults are the only other 2 ults I can think of that do it.
