Chatbans are applied almost instantly after the game, which makes many people think all that's needed is 1-2 reports. It prevents you from drawing on the minimap, using voice and typing. Only the chatwheel and pinging is possible.

Doom is a Carry, he kills people with his farm, don't expect to get many kills as him early as the whole point is to farm. You could argue he has some early/mid game presence with his other skills but they're not that amazing, you can't late game it without maxing Devour first or it'll be really hard to catch up

Depends on the type of Doom you're playing. I've seen an initiator/disabler doom that got Shadowblade, Refresher, Aghanim's, Scythe of Vyse and Orchid. He ate a Centaur Khan and just dedicated himself to disabling absolutely everything within range. Not the type of Doom I'd take, but hilarious nonetheless.

refresher is ok but agha is crap on him, for that 4200 gold you could buy something more utility based
it adds nothing to his ulti only damage and duration, and 15 seconds is enough to disable someone
a shivas, euls or halberd would be much better

with aghs, doom does 710 more damage at level 3
it means it takes it from merely disabling a hero for 15 seconds, to killing a support in 16
if you're building refresher, you build an aghs otherwise it's nowhere near as hilarious

Duration increase is crap, but Damage goes from "annoying" to "I am melting!".

i still think agha on doom is shit, you don't really doom supports that much, u doom people who have key spells or give you most trouble in teamfights, some of them like magnus, puck, invoker, naix, sven, gyro, qop and many more, supports should be just run down with your insane movement speed

Having been against it, the difference between regular Doom and Aghanim's Doom is tremendous. 1760 damage (before resist) is incredibly powerful. If he hits 16 while the rest is still hovering around 11-12 that is a dead support/agility hero like Drow. Even without that 1320 damage is nothing to scoff at.

The pure Maelk award is play Veno, die more than 20 times, get no kills and yet still win.
Yeesh; you gotta have problems if you die 20 times as Venomancer without any kills, even if you still win.

if you're level 16 as doom and everyone else is 11-12 it's a stomp pretty much and your ulti kills people without agha, getting agha on doom makes doom only good for his ulti
he's supposed to be a tanky chaser who can dish out both physical and magical damage, giving him more utility is better than to just improve his ulti to kill people
+ doom's ulti is 100% of the time used to prevent teamfight crucial spells to go off not to deal damage, at least if you're against those kind of heroes

Well if it drags on for that long you should probably expect to die a lot, but still dying 20 times without any kills in any situation is just a really bad day from where I'm standing.
Also, is that a Faceless Void Koopa in your avatar?
Fuck this report system, my friend got reported just because he type "XD" after everytone laugh in all chat: Worse part is he carry the game as luna and barely died two times.
Now I see why this is so damn unfair because people abuse the fuck out of the report button for simple stuff.
