Its literally morphing Spectre and Bloodseeker
First skill is essentially Spectral Dagger with some changes and with a damage boost on basic attacks plays like her too without the most fun part that is the Haunt with all them illusions dealing huge damage with desolate.
Ult is again like Rupture but changed to affect the whole team making Bloodseeker even more useless
while his passive is just boring and his orb would actually suck hard late game because it would exclude you from items like Daedalus for dps when the damage is only relevant from early to mid game

Going on the passive deeper. I feel like its just a weak skill. I mean the greatest lifesteal skills that are innate to heroes both benefit teams hugely. Look at Skeleton King who has a lifesteal aura and Lifestealer's Slow giving his team universal life steal much like the skill, while the bonus gold feels just randomly tacked on and again not offering much teamplay like Track does with the bonus gold.
Heroes that don't contribute to the team like Bloodseeker and even Alchemist because he just needs selfish gold aren't picked in competitive games.

Q - Spectral Dagger that reduces magic resist but doesn't damage
W - Physical damage is better than magical damage, if you don't have Q enabled then your W is literally worthless, also you forgot to write it's an orb effect on top of the other things. Also the fact it costs EIGHTY mana for one swing, you can use the spell a couple of times after Q then run out of mana completely. (1,9 x 6 + 22 x 14 = 467 mana at level 6) (160 + 150 = 310 mana, barely enough to use your ulti)
E - 2 random things added together for no apparent reason, doesn't synergy with his other skills, is a pretty bad skill overall
R - Worse than Rupture, scales at almost the same rate as rupture, basically rupture except it doesn't deal initial damage and it has an odd gimmick. (And long CD+mana cost
Actually, R would be powerful if you used Black Hole/Vacuum/Reverse polarity, albeit even then chances are you'd die instantly because everyone is in melee range of you.
You will realistically never have enough mana to use W.
To make the hero less shitty Q should reduce magic resist by 50% at max level, and W should cost less mana and have higher values (90/100/110/120%)
E needs to be completely changed, R needs some other effect to it.

I once played against this extremely cocky nightstalker, who made a habit of diving everybody except me - Juggernaut - for obvious reasons. He kept talking shit, so after a little while I just made sure to tp in on the T2 tower whenever I saw him coming so every time he dived he'd run straight into Omnislash which was followed by my entire team yelling JUGG JUGG JUGG on voice every time.
Enchantress is the most fun hero to role-play as, shame I'm really shit with her.

His Q has the same movement effects as spectral dagger, but is mechanically different. He creates a long area of effect in which is phased/hasted and enemies are weakened/slowed.
His W gives him great early game damage at the cost of high mana dependency. Magic damage is better then physical damage if a enemy even has a very modest ammount of armor. With just [B]6[/B] armor, you receive [B]26.5[/B] physical damage resistance, versus every heroes base 25% magic resistance.
His E is designed to give him fantastic survivability. He receives lifesteal from all damage he does, allowing him to last insanely long in fights if he has the mana to support his spell spamming. The bonus gold is there both for thematic reasons and to support his ball-out-of-control semi-carry playstyle.
His R allows him get in the middle of a brawl and make the entire enemy team suffer. It works very similarly to Dark Pact, but in a larger AoE. If you try to run away from Charon while in range of his ultimate, it will be rather painful and heal him immensely.
The crippling mana cost are in place to prevent him from just constantly comboing skills off without a care. Mana items are a must on him, so building straight damage is shooting yourself in the foot.

I feel like i haven't complained about Spirit Breaker enough. Holy fucking dicks can i play a single game that the enemy Spirit Breaker doesn't get fed as dicks even though my whole team stays at the tower?
Tranquils are so shit now it's not even funny. Instead of ruining it for everybody why don't they just make it so that agi heroes can't build them. Just like how venge and pudge cant buy blink daggers.

Guy gets ganked by SB while solo farming. Then the next guy on my team goes out solo farming and gets ganked by SB. Repeat a lot. They never learn, even when I tell them it's going to happen.

they're inexpensive and offer so much sustainability in lane/jungle, it's a cheap investment to focus yourself on farm as a carry, especially considering you can break it up into other items/boots later
imo the nerf hit supports the hardest, they didn't need to be an easier target than they already are
Honestly all the tranquil nerf did was make it so carries couldn't go tranquils -> BoTs at 40 minutes, now they need to get interim boots at 20 min or so or get a really early pair of BoTs.
