Valve made the Skywrath race concept, you could say "sophisticated zaelot harpies" or Dota's Angelfolk/Serapths and I guess they wanted to make a little balance in the looks. Given how we had "rider of the flying animal" hero i.e. Batrider, but no "Winged humanoid that always flies,[I] not just with a haste rune[/I]", this concept of Skywrath Mage is very much fitting, builds on Valve's lore (less Blizzard lawsuits) and expands on the Valve's idea of Dota's visuals, where silhouette is important and Skywrath, due to this design choice, has very distinguishable silhouette. If they wanted to actually follow that particular Warcraft III concept, they could just remake Venge's backstory or rename Skywrath to like Skysong/Skyleige/ObligatorySkyrim Mage.
I once saw an Omniknight repelling a low-HP pudge so we couldn't stun him, but as the result he made it impossible for Pudge to deny himself so we just caught up to him and killed him with right-clicks.

In theory you can deny self-denial for enemy Pudge or use it on your own Pudge so he takes no damage from his own Rot or can dismember in peace, but in unorganised enviroment it becomes a roulette', spinning over minds of players and landing on random result of how to approach it.

I have a bit of an odd question about scripts: How would one be able to use -override_vpk on your own lobby, as opposed to doing the "Practice With Bots" option? Because I decided to multiply all of the Dire Creeps' stats by 50%, and I want to see if I could possibly solo it (most likely not) without any other hero interfering. However, I've only managed to get -override_vpk to work on "Practice With Bots".

That's fuckin lame considering its a phys ability and not magic. I recall getting random courier kills in the mid lane last time I played Gyro, which was ages ago, thou I could see how that would be in the realm of "OP"

Well, because BH can't, Medusa can't use her Spell Shield, a lot of stuff beneficial to the user doesn't work under Magic Immunity.
What's with Phantom Assassin being the go-to hero for most shit carries?

Hitting targets out of vision range : Flak Cannon - [B]No[/B] Tidebringer - [B]Yes[/B] Hitting couriers : Flak Cannon - [B]No[/B] Tidebringer - [B]No[/B] Test in client if you have doubts, just make enemy Kunkka/Gyro and buy courier.
