I just found out about the potential of the red satyr nuke
Kill stealing :v:
Guys just tell me, is there ANYTHING better than scepter on qop??
Honestly, I don't think so. I don't think there's something better than casting a 700 damage nuke every 40 seconds.
Dust of appearance? You could get 3 cheeses for the same price though. I normally go for the latter.

Pretty well done.
MY ROAD IS LONG.
MY ROAD AHEAD, IS LONGER STILL.
thinking chaos knight has easy mana management issues is probably why you're bad with him he literally cannot sustain using spells at all, and his R uses pretty much all his mana
an early sage mask is good on all heroes
in fact it's probably one of my first items i buy before the match starts.

don't buy a sage's mask before the match starts. it doesn't leave you with much money for HP regen and stat items, which you need a hell of a lot more than mana regen super early on. you can always get one from the side shop later.
well i usually do it on int heroes like Rubick who has shitty int gain and high manacost spells.
For str heroes I usually get shield and some stat items.
but yeah i always get early sage mask no matter what.
I prefer buying a Soul Ring recipe, and leaving an empty slot so I can just buy Soul Ring right from the side-lane shop once I can afford it. It's even better with heroes like Treant who can kinda waltz into the shop completely unnoticed and get their shit even in a bad lane.
if you buy two mantles and two branches thats 8 int which is 104 extra mana pool. this costs ~50 gold more than a sages mask which will constantly regenerate your poor mana pool while it is filled up (until you cast a spell) and will just be a wasted investment. just bring a clarity with you
jesus, my girlfriend wanted me to play with one of her friends for just a match. i have never seen somebody as terrible as these guys: http://dotabuff.com/matches/222020137
at the 15 min mark, lina, SM, and lich had only boots and a magic stick.
the only reason we won was because they got too cocky with me and tried to 1v2 me and my gf who would stun and i would sap all of their attack.
(also agh + refresher is now meta as fuck)
Queued as 4 for all the modes, somehow got CM.
Ok then.
The captain is the random.
He listens to the guy in our group who is literally brain-dead, and then, at the end, we tell him to pick spectre to go with warlock...and he picks sniper.
Well played!

professional tip: never put cm in your queue unless you are 5
if you're 5 and want to play CM, go team matchmaking :O

So, our Alchemist just leaves in the start of the game because he has network issues. Then our bane ragequits, so it becomes a 3v5. Their Viper starts freefarming and I just racecar Slardar in and wreck his shit. After he does this like 5 times, he disconnects along with the Bristle.
So now that it's a 3v3, Faceless tries everything he can while not buying MoM for some reason, and continuously Chrono his own teammates. The only advantage they had was towers, as we hadn't pushed any. But then the creeps came and wrecked their towers until they got to like 10HP, where then we came and slapped their towers. After that, we got into buttloads of teamfights where Dark Seer would rush to kill me but he'd end up getting permastunned by me and the Sand King. After that, their Viper Roshed and went to free farm. So naturally I just speedracer Slardared and bam, he died.
Fucking best game ever.

that too
TMM doesn't count towards your lifetime stats but is also the better experience in terms of pure training imo.
TMM is for a group of people you actually play with consistently though, if you just put together 5 random people from your friends list and want to do a CM game it's pretty pointless to make a team for each group
just make 1 team and invite whoever you're playing with and kick them out later?
just make 1 team and invite whoever you're playing with and kick them out later?
why do that every time when you can just play CM that sounds extremely pointless
TMM is designed for long term teams
continuously Chrono his own teammates.
this is what all pub voids do
every single game
why do you care if a 5 man premade wants to go do CM
I bet you think people who random should fuck off and play AR
if you're a 5 stack, you're more likely to have a balanced game if you use TMM because if you don't get queued against another 5 stack, it's probably going to be a pretty one sided game. idk, unless you only 5 stack so you can stomp face, i'm just trying to help :)

I agree, but taking in count that most of the TMM playerbase are long term teams that take themselves seriously, you will get more practise from TMM games than regular CM games, even if you don't stay long term with your partners.

well I guess that implies you want to play CM for practice
sometimes I just fucking hate All Pick's style because people wait for like 5 minutes just to counterpick or pick a stupid lineup anyway and that just gets old

All Pick should be called Never Actually Pick
Just a few days ago I actually got into a game of All Pick where the enemy team literally didn't make a single pick until we made all 5 of ours.
We still won.
I always wondered,is Manta style viable by any chance on axe?
Since his illusions do the helix.
I always wondered,is Manta style viable by any chance on axe?

There isn't really a point, because it doesn't matter if the enemy is attacking Axe, Illusion #1 or Illusion #2, the enemies can only attack one of the Axes at once.
Plus the illusions don't tank damage well and they don't deal damage well because Axe generally speaking has low attack damage.
