Oh god this. Nyx/Naix is almost impossible unless they've got a top notch quality mic and virtually no accent. Bara/bala I can understand, and usually people who say Bala will switch to batman if you ask as most find it hilarious. :v:
It annoys me the most when casters use old names for heroes. They should never do that, it makes it hard for the audience (who may not have ever played the original) to understand what's going on.
And really is it that hard to say Prophet versus Furion or Lifesteal (or LS) instead of Naix? Universally the heroes are known by their in-game name, for a lot of the heroes their "real" name is casually referenced in lore or never even mentioned at all in-game (like Anti-Mage)

i think the sounds that are the scariest to hear in dota are probably either LET'S GET INTIMATE or wisp's BIOOOWWWW relocate sound. both are horrifying to hear when you're alone

He's in every other game and is just annoying to fight against... Sure you CAN manage him but he's still stupid tanky what with the free BKB and more life draining abilities than you can shake a stick at...

I don't think there's a single hero that's as hard to shut down as him. Most likely, when you go to shut him down, he just kills you.
imagine having a dazzle and pudge on the same team and making dazzle walk in and out of the fog occassionally when the carry isn't paying attention

Brewmaster and CK crits sounds are so damn good too.
But for me Silencer have the best sound effects in the game.
Didn't know it was possible, but I just lost with a Naix on my team. Granted, he fought in a grand total of one teamfight b/c he was farming, but still.
