Sort of, can be played as a support, but akin to Skywrath, or Pugna, requires a few items to kickstart them truly, and they have a higher potential with items than most other supports.

Necrobook 3&co are all the least made items in the entire game, since dagon 4 doesn't count and energy booster+iron will isn't something you end a game with.
Necrobook is uncommon because people are scared of even the most basic micro. Look at Enchantress' most popular skillbuild on D-buff for more information.
I always end up thinking about getting necrobook, but it just feels wrong getting one and not upgrade it so I end up not buying it
If you get a necrobook 3 at the mid game, you might as well have 7 heros though
I get necro every chance I have. Like if they have any invis heroes or something like that,it is already enough for me to go for necro.
I'm always either rich enough to get a sheepstick or too poor to afford a mek when it comes to necrobook

Thats funny, I got a rampage in my last game because veil of discord + epicentre = wtf valve nerf sand king
Support rampages are always the best thing ever, unless they happen specifically to you. Old video, but the entire Teamspeak server went ballastic when this happened.

you dont even have to micro them if you're scared
they do shitloads of damage without it, the little archer manaburn isnt that much :v:
