I managed to get free farm as antimage and get an 11min battlefury, then suddenly a massive storm with 90mph winds and torrenting rain and some mini tornadoes comes by and knocks out my power. My power comes back on for a few minutes while I'm booting up back into the game as the storm is in full force, AND THEN my power AGAIN, but this time for the new few hours. Life is hard
competitive timbersaw right now!
That timbersaw didn't do much the whole match other than getting that sweet first blood on puck. Quite a shame really.
How do you play Ancient Apparition? He only seems good at killing people at fountain. Jokes aside, I can see his usefulness in nuker lineups, but other than that, what?

You'll REALLY want to move when you've got his Q on you and standing in place if he puts his W on you also isn't the best of ideas. Of course his other strength lies in his ult, especially now that armlet toggling now longer works when you're affected by it.
1 Meepo offguard you're dead. Invoker has quite a bit more room for error.
not really. poof is one of the greatest escapes in the game and can also be used to turn a fight around. enemies will usually have no issues with going against one meepo, but if they fuck it up they suddenly have three others to deal with
not really. poof is one of the greatest escapes in the game and can also be used to turn a fight around. enemies will usually have no issues with going against one meepo, but if they fuck it up they suddenly have three others to deal with
If the enemy is remotely competent they're gonna have either the burst damage to take one Meepo down in seconds or the AoE damage to not give a fuck about there being 1 or 4.
Invoker is a lot easier than Meepo.
Invoker is a fucking easy hero to play at an acceptable level.
Well, I just played with him and he's easy as shit :v: just sand storm everything. I usually just pick whatever character looks and sounds cool and go from there. There's a lot of heros to choose from, so it might take me a while to find that one hero I really like.
This may be just a fanboy opinion, but try Clockwerk. He's easily the most flexible hero in the game: lanes anywhere, skillbuild and itembuild are all situational, the abilities are multipurpose as well. He teaches you to adjust to who the enemy is and what the enemy does.
I played a game as Crystal Maiden, supporting an Omniknight (a lot of randoms) I ended up having Mek and Vyse before 30. Was this what the cool kids call "good farm"
If it says "replay expired" does that mean it's impossible to harvest the replay?

Was just playing an awesome round as Timbersaw. 6 minute Arcane, 15 minute Bloodstone. About to push racks and then Dota decides to disconnect from the network... (bot match because I'm a scrub)
Update incoming soon-ish
Probably Sniper model update, possibly some hats and nothing more.
and hopefully the guild system
Why do all Russians feed for the entire game and then blame it on the non-feeders?
xaxaxaxaxaxaxa mad noob
http://dotabuff.com/matches/229931516 So... I picked Luna and went mid. 2 russians picked Pudge and shadow demon and they asked me to kindly (not really) to leave mid for him, then they felt the need to tell everyone to report me. After i went 2-1, pudge called me a noob and said 'nice farm'. and then... luna rampage :v:
Does anyone else do last hit drills? I used to think they were pointless but I just tried one after watching this video and it's actually really relaxing and fun. 108/51 Crystal Maiden at 20 minutes with Shiva's, Bracer and Tranqs seems pretty good but I definitely need to work on it more.
I like to 1v1 my friend who's equally skilled as me so its not a huge shitfest where one of us creams the other, its actually pretty fun to chat and also test your skills
I like to 1v1 my friend who's equally skilled as me so its not a huge shitfest where one of us creams the other, its actually pretty fun to chat and also test your skills
I do this with some friends. We go mid only and we random. Is a very fun thing to do just for shits and giggles.

I would make a joke about how the sniper update means he'll be in every game I play for the next week but that was already the case so whatever at least I can look at his nice new portrait when I'm dead.
Oh god. Daily deals for Dota 2 items. :suicide:
Heh, daily deals. Interesting.
Time to buy 100 Blade of the Ephemeral Haunt and sell for 1 key each! v:v:v
The diaper set has now officially been added to the game. Kill me.
As I predicted, the Regalia of the Bonelord set didn't make it.
