uh yeah it does, that's kind of the entire point of it. once you're hit by effect your HP can never rise above what it is until the debuff wears off

Since gaining STR isn't technically healing (your current HP % won't change) Dirge can gain more HP with Decay, and Armlet can be toggled to receive more health. Armlet toggling is possible, but you must time it right (toggle exactly after the ice damages you, if you receive damage tick when you're super low on hp you get shattered)

Is the amount of BP you get after a match dependent on your performance? I've played a few matches now and I always get around 50 BP each time.

Duration of the game.
Random item drops also get more likely the longer the game drags on, meaning +1 hour games usually end up giving several items for players.
I'd assume that if there is no limit, a 10 hour match would give all players an item, but it might be capped as well.

Play with a friendly Tiny. Teleport him directly into enemy anus. Call gg.
I wonder if Dota will decide to actually nerf PL, I don't think he's OP yet everyone else seems to disagree
A base damage nerf wouldn't execute him either like it has Invoker and Naga cause of his Q, and a Q nerf would just change his playstyle

Some people think invisibility is overpowered. Sometimes people just don't want to learn how to counter things.
that has nothing to do with what i mean though, he's always been annoying to deal with in many many ways, just now he has 50 more damage, 50 more attack speed and 7 armor at level 25 than usual.

Wisp is probably the hero that needs to be played with friends more than anybody. With the right level of coordination he's incredibly powerful; with the [I]wrong[/I] level of coordination he's an active detriment to the team by not only feeding himself but anyone he's attached to.

Note thought that recently he got fixed and that fix basically means that he can spawn up to 7 illusions using Juxtapose, not 8.
could people post some fun combinations of heroes just discovered the lifestealer/spirit breaker combo (read: they kicked the shit out of us), is there any more cool things like that? (any team size combos welcomed)
