You are able to kill any hero on level 6 except ones with very high HP pool or magic resist.
Autoattack > Q > Autoattack> Autoattack > Finger (most are dead here) > More autoattacks / Hex if needed.
And thats versus the enemy mid hero, considering everyone else on the map is a lower level than you, you can also just go and instagib someone with your ult.

Long Hex. (Which slows too by the way) (Which also means double CC)
Infinite Mana in lane.

Can 1v1 (almost) anyone early game
The only downside is his lack of escape and he aint so strong, but those downsides remain even if he's a support.
Dagon Lion can instakill anyone for most of the game.
Lion mid = First Blood for him at lvl 6 unless you manage to catch someone out of position earlier.
Kaipi calls a 16 minute GG along with making a terrible draft and people still think KP deserved a qualifiers invite, oh and they had to have a standin for there best player because he has high school today.
