Wisp(Io) is a god-tier support, but only IF you have co-ordinated teammates.
In low-levels, especially, people do not understand how to co-operate with Wisp and it will be infuriating in real pubs.
When you play real Dota, you may want to opt for more team-indepedent heroes like Lich, who are simple in mechanics and having easy spell spammability.

A good Io, more than any other support, wins games. The global map presence and stat boosts/healing etc he provides are seriously [b]that[/b] powerful if played right.

Learn how to play a good roaming support like VS or Ogre Magi and you'll probably stomp because no one even knows what the word roam means in the early stage

Fixed on my end; here I thought it'd be fixed in the morning.
I can connect to Dota 2, but when I tried to find a match, it dropped my search. I went back to the Play tab, and it suddenly brought up the ACCEPT/DECLINE window, so I accepted, then watched it sit at 8/10 for like five minutes. Since I couldn't cancel it, I closed Dota 2. When I opened it, the count was now 0/10 ready and it said I was going back to matchmaking with high priority because someone declined. But it never went back to searching.

Holy shit is he FUN! Hooks are easier to land, although I still miss them either by inches or just because of not exactly knowing that they can grab any unit and can have its own limit established by me in a 3000 unit radius, but other than that, it's so fun locking up someone in the cogs with the ministuns on.
