It isn't, but when you think about it, is it really all that far fetched?
Every female in Dota 2 is voiced by one of three women, two of which have worked with Valve on previous games, and I don't see any of those women as suitable voices for Legion Commander.
Hell, they even brought back Jim French to voice Elder Titan, who supposedly is always 'super busy' with his radio show instead of voice acting. What's stopping them from bringing back Alyx Vance from the old HL2 crew?

I welcome it openly, taunts actually crashed the game whenever i tried to use one.
Yeah; it's something that seriously needed fixing. I didn't encounter it tonight, but it's still an issue that's happening in the game.
