To be honest, you can build tanky against Naix. You just need some way to escape his clutch grip via Open Wounds, like Force Staff or Blink if you are quick enough. Ghost scepter is risky vs Nyx's manaburn, but still an option.
I, of course, mean reasonable tanky. 2 hearts is just covering yourself in fried chicken for Naix to snack at.
That feeling when you get Necro lvl 3 and Blademail with Clockwerk and you actually cog the real fed Phantom Lancer and the only thing he can do is run against the cogs in panic while "invisible"
And flarekills. Launch the flare, go back to what you were doing, and then... bam, sudden money. I think flarekills feels better for me than no other thing (well maybe my good ol epicenters).
Making carrys cry even that late is just too sexy

It's not targeted and it can easily be avoided, it's not a "real" slow.
He was specifically talking about aoe slows for teamfights. That's why he discounted Drow's targeted slow. Did you read what I said?
And it's not very easily avoided, it's an aoe slow that you have to go around or through.

Mortar Teams
Mortar Squad; I remember that unit from Warcraft 3. In the original game it was sort of artillery, capable of attacking the ground. I wonder if they'll have the auto-attack have splash-damage like the original unit, though that'd probably be a bit IMBA. Although it could maybe work if it was a passive, maybe even a passive Ult.
But for now, the most I'd expect would be maybe a new shop item; do you think they'd ever develop a new item for the game, or would that warp the meta a little?
