obviously he's referring to the way the fleshpound is bending its knees as 'crouching'
in KF1, the fleshpound was a good head or so higher than the player, but so far it's been hard to figure out his exact size compared to a player

I think that most of the specimens have had their genitals mutilated and there is a scar on their crotch, which is kinda horror I guess.

Clot penis was supposed to be in the mod via a high-res model pack that was meant to be released for people that donated to the mod's, but it was scrapped when the game went retail. The Stalker was butt-naked in 2.5, complete with tits, vagina, and pubic hair.
If you have monster weiners flopping around all over the place, you're not getting anything lower than an AO rating.

The most interesting thing is that the Stalker has enough time to trim her pubic hair into a v shape. It is good to see that she has enough time to take care of what really matters in a not-zombie apocalpyse, especially for the not-zombies themselves; ladyscaping. Getting roasted by flamethrowers, being mowed down by a Bullpup-user that knows what they're doing, or becoming collatoral damage from a LAW shot that hits a Fleshpound or a HS shotgun blast on a Scrake can wait when it's waxing time!
I love how they've still kept the somewhat uncanny animations where all the player characters seem to be hunched over at all times for some reason.
