I got 4/7 of the Perks to lvl6, just need to get Support, Commando and Firebug to lvl6.
Lvl5 Support, lvl3 Commando and Firebug.
Support and Firebug will be easy (esp if you cheat welding which is ok imo)
Commando though, have fun and I recommend playing the foundry map, if you hang out at the entrance only crawlers and stalkers spawn and everything big goes for the main squad.
I am dying. This hype is killing me, when it should be killing floor
Been trying to beat hillbilly on HoE with a friend for the past week. Such an awful map and same story everytime: We're close to the end, people join, people are awful, people die, medic remains, runs around for an hour then dies to scrakes.
Any EU people want to play sometime? I'm sick and tired of these morons who die pretty much instantly and make it harder for everyone.

I would but my HOE Zerking has been pretty awful as of late.

Are Berserker skills necessary?
Are Berserker skills necessary?
Well, that's pretty much a must if you want to beat the map, from what I've seen.
Well, that's pretty much a must if you want to beat the map, from what I've seen.
Ah, I thought you meant play in general on high difficulties.
Ah, I thought you meant play in general on high difficulties.
Oh, well I wouldn't really mind that either.
Oh, well I wouldn't really mind that either.
Add me if you want to. I'm most comfortable on Suicidal with little experience on HoE. But I'm very interested in playing more HoE games.
Patience may be a virtue, but it's not one I possess.

Part of growing up is learning to wait for things, bide your time with a hobby. I took up whittling.
Man,i ran a suicidal game where i took up most of the kills at 500 on zerker. It was KF_Office though, and that is usually easy as shit.
Well, that's pretty much a must if you want to beat the map, from what I've seen.
Well not exactly, the map is agony for me to play cause it gives me a headache every time, but there's 3 - 4 good places to hold out on there that can win you the game without having to kite it.

Maybe the helmet perk will actually be a bear. They decided the perk icon didn't need anything to do with the perk itself. Once you spawn you just know what needs to be done.
If the dragon perk is actually a dragon thought, that would just be silly. Dragons aren't real.
Part 2 of the gore dev diary is up on IGN: http://ign.com/videos/2014/11/13/killing-floor-2-dev-diary-the-gore-part-2
Was just looking at the avatars on the Killing Floor page, does anyone have any idea what this logo is for?

They mentioned blunt weapons, neato
Also dem high calibre weapons, the limbs were flying everywhere
Also HD footage of that in-game advert, we finally get to see a charging fleshpound in HD
My terror is also in high definition right now

How do you get to the official group page with avatars in new Steam community?

So glad blunt weapons are confirmed. I know some people mentioned sledgehammers and baseball bats, but after seeing all the emphasis on the katana and cutting up zeds I thought we wouldn't get them. Can't wait to smash some 'eads.
g od i need this game
The aiming system seems to be different from the previous game, can't quite put my finger on what exacly.

Got there from going around in the KF2 Community Hub.
The aiming system seems to be different from the previous game, can't quite put my finger on what exacly.
It is different actually
Each shot has calculated recoil that jumps the weapon in a certain way, technically each shot that comes out of the barrel is 'perfectly' accurate, it's just whether or not you can keep the barrel on your target
god damn KF2 is such a good looking game
[editline]13th November 2014[/editline]
also the parry on the katana looks OP as balls
One of THE best melee features imo is the attack on draw. That's going to be fucking awesome, killing enemies with guns 'n blades will be clean as fuck and be so cool. Double magnums, blowing the heads off of zeds, then turn around with a clean sweep and change to the katana and continue slicing them up close range.
god damn KF2 is such a good looking game
And it ought to run damn well too, considering it's on UE3
Kind of like how KF1 can run on a toaster nowadays, the Tripwire president even said they want KF2 to run well on the lowest possible minimum hardware (even supporting dual core) because that's what they reckon made KF1 so popular
I can just about bear to play KF1 nowadays, though it feels super janky, but I care more about having decent framerates and performance, not to mention silky smooth gun porn animations for everyone than the passable graphical fidelity
I think TWI is uploading a 60fps gore part 2 onto their youtube tomorrow, should be neat
(even supporting dual core)
even though i would upgrade my PC in a heartbeat for KF2, if they make that work, wowzers.
oh man all that permanent blood, imagine the team having to be forced to play Viscera Cleanup Detail after every game
