Problem I have with those kind of servers is that they are such a cluster fuck that it doesn't feel like KF to me anymore. So many monsters and so many people create a scenario of chaos and it feels too disjointed for me to feel invested in.
I prefer the small groups of 6; but that's my personal preference.
I don't want all the random shit either
If I could just join a 30 player KF server without downloading 10 000 reskins and new models and weird ass gametypes

Mate, should've grabbed the KF pack while it was on Humble Bundle about a month ago.
Came with every DLC, minus D.A.R (The Robot), Gold Weapons and of course the preorder-only characters.
It cost $2.87, compared to the steam store price of $40.00

They pretty much sorted it out though, the firebug is still a lot better but the firebug used to be kind of shit so it's not such problem.

The most difficult thing now is trying to add weapons that aren't reskins or outclassed by other weapons. Each and every class has a suitable weapon for every situation at this point.

It was intense as fuck. Unfortunately a double FP spawn (and one insta-raged) doomed our effort. But we did our best!

Yeah pretty much. The only reason they have to add weapons now is to keep people interested in the game.
Though one weapon missing from the game is a middle tier sharpy rifle.
At first Killing Floor was lacking of weapons, now we have enough weapons, what Killing Floors really needs now is weapon balancing, if they are planning in adding more weapons they better update the shop menu to reduce the cluttering. Also make normal and golden weapons count as one, so there aren't players using different, for example, AK-47s. At least you can't go akimbo AK-47... Yet.
imo they should just do a KF2, updated graphics, new maps, weapons, classes etc

And new class can be Gunslinger - dual-wielding small arms. Give him bonuses to pistols from Sharpie (except magnum) and dual M5K as top tier weapon.
KF honestly in my opinion doesn't need new guns/maps/skins added anymore.
It needs something completely new. A sequel would be really nice.
There should be a machine gunner and a builder/repairer

I don't get what the point in the Gunslinger idea is. The sharpshooter already gives bonuses to pistols and an entire perk dedicated to pistols could hardly be much use in the harder difficulties. Pistols are sidearms - and they work well as a secondary for sharpshooter.

Stealth really doesn't come into a game like Killing Floor. I don't see anything that such a perk could bring to the game. It'd require new mechanics for you to be able to hide from the zeds, and by the sounds of it - you'd just be a liability to the team if you are just hiding away some where and picking off one zed every now and again.

I do think the Commando could do with a top-tier weapon that would be some sort of machine gun. I don't think the Commando has enough firepower for the later waves on the harder difficulties. Most perks have a means of taking out the big enemeis, but the Commando weapons are too weak in my opinion.
I think Killing Floor basically has all the features it needs. Beyond new maps which are always welcome, all the game needs is a few bug fixes (some of the achievements are broke) and possibly a few balancing tweaks. I don't really think anything needs nerfed any more. It's a coop game, after all.
New events are always cool, though.
