A next gen killing floor released on all the consoles would be so fucking great, and if they handle it right they could sell millions. Everyone loves zombies, this could be really big for them. It might have been a false alarm, but maybe it'll make them consider the possibility. It's really very plausible.
I wish they would make a sequel on a better engine. KF only gets to about 40 fps with my i5-3570k and 460.

It's not the drivers, the game just broke the framerate for a few people back in the summer event.

Just got level 6 Sharpshooter.
I feel like a champion.
Reaching the last level of every perk is an eternal quest. I'm still level 4 in everything except Field Medic, which is level 5 since is easy to level up that. Sharpshooter is easy too since it's only headshots.
I power leveled sharpshooter so I could spawn with crossbow every game and sell it first time at the trader, you can have a AA12 like 3rd round if you work it right.
Finally got my medic to lv6. That was a long trip.

Yeah, I think I was mid lvl 4 medic before ever playing medic just from healing teammates as other classes.

Yeah, it's easy to lvl with pubbers. But most of the time I play with friends. So most of hp farm I do on last two waves.

here's the biggest peice of advice i can give new players to KF:
never run backwards. strafe for your life, don't shoot anything with a chainsaw or spike fists unless you're 100% free of other specimens and are confident in your headshotting ability, and always buy armor.
