Dunno about that. It might occasionally save your team from a raging FP if there is a bloat nearby but knowing how little team work there actually is the bloats are probably gone before you get a chance to do that.

Let's be fair guys, Tripwire have been awesome with Killing Floor over the years, all character skins are cosmetics, they still release nice updates for free (like the Hillbilly/Christmas) and they generally look after their game years after release. (I'm looking at you L4D)

These should be drastically cheaper than they are now. I'd be okay if they were $2-3, but $8 is too much for four gun skins. I could get TF2 weapons and CS:GO gun skins for cheaper than that.

So far I have done the whole fright yard objective mode map and I have got to say 2 parts were not fun for me I used console cheats because on my dads laptop it would die from so much lag in multiplayer (sorry). The 2 parts are the vomit one where you have to get 10 bloats in it and 3 cannot get in and the other is a 2 gas station vendors which is a slot machine and you need 2 gas cans but takes 3 or more minutes maybe 5. I am not gonna spoil the last part though at the end since it was pretty good.

Another update with paid Weapons? Yeah i won't even bother with KF anymore. If they costed like 2~3$ i wouldn't bitch, but holy fuck 8$ for 4 weapons?
They go on sale during the events. The last few events had the weapon packs at like $4 or $5. I'll probably skip on it anyway since none of the weapons sound all that fun.

That's lack of player skill, not a flaw in the weapon. Properly used by the Zerker the Buzzsaw has infinite ammo and absurd damage potential. I never have any issue with retrieving sawblades because I know the nature of the weapon so I adapt (i.e remembering the direction of the shot, choosing height and angles that reduce random ricochet or out-of-bounds shots). It requires a higher skill level to make full use of its potential versus brain-dead weapons like the Flare Pistols.
Flare Pistols are [I]easier[/I], but not even remotely close to being [I]better[/I]; as of this pre-update nothing is. Perhaps one of the new DLC weapons can surpass it. I'd hope not.

Buzzsaw is good but not better than the tried and tested axe katana LAR, 'Potential' can still mean 'Fucked up'. The problem therein is certainly not the buzzsaw, but more the zerker class itself, you don't have to be even remotely good at the class to solo the game.
Flare Pistol is a great pistol but it's not as versatile and therefore not as good as the MK23.
I won't pay that much for a cosmetic skin pack nor will I be buying the weapon pack either, and i won't give a damn. They will be on sale at some point down the line so I may get them or a may not, it's not the end of the world.

Tommy gun is a downgrade from the AK, MKB42 is a 'side grade' to the AK but costs slightly more, better at range thanks to the sights and rate of fire.
Has anyone tried the new character yet and see if his voicelines are worth it ? Also any update event page like they did last year ?

I knew that but oh well I am gonna wait or unless someone buys it during the discount sale soon (maybe) ? I wished they made a new character this year but oh well and there has only been 1 event a year where it has a dlc only character like last year's christmas. So expect a unlockable christmas character I guess ?
The new map is pretty meh. Plus, there's no incentive to get the achievements. At least the hillbilly zeds are still awesome.

It's actually pretty fun if you're into chaos in close quarters. Grab some Supports and go nuts.

They just aren't on the same tier as the Christmas or Summer zeds.
The hillbilly crawlers are the worst, they are soo low to the ground you can't even see the little fuckers coming.
