I was hoping I could jump in and try out some new weapons that I didn't have to pay for, like updates used to be, but Tripwire's decision has been made clear. You now have to pay money to get more out of the game.

Now that the Potato is for sale again in the non-perk weapons list in the trader menu, what's the best way to go about getting it? I noticed that you can't buy it in the test maps.
Is there a requirement that has to be met for it to be purchasable? It doesn't have to be done in Aperture does it?
Edit: The ability to purchase the Potato is blocked in solo games. You can however get it in a test map by hosting an online game on the map.
Does the amount of people standing on the switch for freightyard even make a difference?

It's glitched as hell and doesn't unlock when it should.
The trick to get it is to join a game where the crane is half way through or at the end, and wait till they complete the objective. Once they do, you should get the achievement.
I beat the Freight objective map on Suicidal, but I'm not able to beat alone HillBilly Horror alone on the same difficulty.
I do well with the berserk, but then I always commit a stupid error and die (and always at 10/10 or the patriarch round). If only the people played this map...

It's a rare map because of the performance issues mostly, some of the best defensive areas tank FPS. I personally don't play it because the Green gives me a headache.

I've killed fleshpounds before with them. If I get swarmed, I just stand still, drop all five of my healing nades at my feet, tank everything and wait until they're all dead.
The most annoying thing when tanking shit is when you stop and crouch to give people good sight of the head, everyone just runs away instead of shooting the fucking thing.

I think pubbies are dumb: i say to only one guy to stay on the pad because having freaking 3 guys on it doesn't make any difference on how the progress go, more faster or more slower and with that we could protect the pad and the guy on it more easier.
