Pretty sure it's the one posted above me, but I can't remember for sure. That was some modded server I played on that changed for the worse a few months ago, so I haven't been on it since.

It can happen pretty much with any weapon that spawns. Like if you already have an axe, you still can pick another one up but it only disappears instead of giving you a second one.
Is just me or when you pass by the knife that someone dropped, the normal knife, you are able to pick up as "Kitchen knife"? I'm getting this everytime

Not healing as a Medic is a pretty dickish thing to do. You can play a ghetto Zerk as Med (which is what this asshole appears to be doing), but at least pack a medgun or take out the syringe once in a while so you can heal if someone's badly hurt.

It's horrible, man. I'm like "dude you're a sharpshooter don't use the axe you get a bonus to the lever action and pistols" and some other random dude is like "LET HIM PLAY AT HIS OWN PACE JERK"

I managed to put a friend on Killing Floor, real problem is helping to level up his perks. He is already Sharpshooter level 3 but the rest are level 0 or 1. I tell him to try another perks but looks like he only survive with sharpshooter, I have to go Medic all the time because he gets surrounded often by the clots and sometimes I can't even save him because he doesn't stop moving and I can't heal him. Difficulty Normal by the way.
Any tips to help?

He needs to learn how to use each weapon, otherwise he is going to get fucked everytime. And teach him how to kill the scrake, fp and say to don't disturb them with useless guns, like Bulp or AK for example

I pretty much main medic and literally never heal zerks because they're always assholes. At least one out of every ten I've come across is cool, but the rest I've seen just act like cunts.

If I'm hurt as a zerk and I know the medic is near I stand still or move in a straight line for him.
Someone asked me how I was healing myself so quickly, I told him to search up the healing syringe on the KF wiki, there's some quick heal binds at the bottom of the page. Since Australian servers are small in number I ran into him again later, and I noticed him quickly changing from shotty to syringe and back while his health went up. Seems it worked well for him.
