yeah I think that's just about all the ones you get points for, like around chico in gz. Not every guard. Basically if you 100% of the achievements you'll be fine imo.

Actually fuck that, I'm going to cancel my gamestop order and get it on Amazon. That might actually save me dicktons of money since they can apparently get the collectors edition here on Day 1.

It really bugs me that Ground Zeroes says I got 18/19 tapes even though I have them all and I'm 100% finished It's a known glitch but hnng

It's really not clear if my gamestop order actually canceled. I might end up with two collectors editions. I suppose I should call them in a week or so if nothing's changed.

Are people already playing Phantom Pain, or have i missed something else entirely?

Sidenote, I really love the [sp]Assassin's Strawbox[/sp] in PW- it's really easy to have them notice you, knock them out when they walk by, and fulton them. I hope that functionality will be added in MGSV, though it could make sneaking a little too easy.

Ugghhhh. Dont wanna pay 170$.

One thing I hate about GZ is the terrible spawns and despawns... during combat phases, I'd see soldiers just popping in and out of thin air to attack me, and the dead bodies or KO'd people on the ground would despawn while I'm moving other bodies only to spawn again after I move away.

Probably the only two things I actually hate about GZ is how if an enemy sees you and gets alerted, the entire base instantly knows there's exactly where you are and goes immediately into combat status, and how there are infinite reinforcements. 99% of the time I get caught I could've easily spun around and either shot the guy or ran up and punched him before he'd get the call in. Thankfully these things are fixed in TPP. Reinforcements come from nearby bases, which don't only limit the number of enemies that will show up if it goes loud, but can also deplete a group of bases if you're good enough in a gunfight. Could lead to some interesting strategies of having a chopper attack one base to draw people out of the other one, accomplish a mission in the smaller base, then do it the other way around to go to the second base with fewer people.

I'm glad that like Peace Walker, unless i'm just grinding out missions (and hopefully that's significantly toned down because of the console focus and not trying to be Monster Hunter as a Metal Gear game), I can invent things like the Stealth Camo just to allow mission replays for more recruits be more efficient without caring about my rank. Especially if you can 'perfect' the technologies via high enough levels again and have infinite Stealth Camo.

If you do ~3 of the same minor mistake repeatedly you fail your test, or if you do 1 of the same dangerous mistake it's a fail. And there's about £70 riding on a pass, because if I failed it I would have to pay for the test again. Even if it was easy I wouldn't want to be driving for 40 minutes on busy streets without sleep so I don't end up with an old woman under the car :v: So yeah, no MGSV all nighters for me.

I have no collectors editions. Im mad Canadian gamestop didn't order more. Also missed the pip boy.

I don't suppose there's anyone here who knows the best place to farm R&D soldiers in PW before the final mission? I want to get the best rocket launchers for [sp]the second Peace Walker fight[/sp] but I'd rather not collect random soldiers hoping they have good stats.
