The best strategy for that part is [sp]to shoot a knee, then in the open mouth. It deals a lot more damage than just straight up shooting them in the face. Use your chaff grenades too, they slow down all RAYs in the area and make your life a lot easier.[/sp] Good luck!
I always thought the chaffs were a waste of time.
What is this thing supposed to be? It's strange that they're moving something heavy through a ton of people. I doubt a crowd would gather to watch them install a new water heater so I'm guessing this is something very important that everyone on the base would want to come see

It's definitely one of the AI's from PW though.

Is it wort buying MGS 5 when it comes on steam?
Is it wort buying MGS 5 when it comes on steam?
Ya it'll probably be an ok game.
Playing MGS2 again after [sp]never beating it[/sp] almost a decade now, forgot how odd the controls were for the fixed camera perspective.
Why is Big Boss in PW acting like he isn't aware of the truth behind The Boss' defection?
Ya it'll probably be an ok game.
I was actually talking more about controls aspect. Like I never played a MGS game on a computer before. I played 2,3, 4 and PW on my PS3. I was wondering if the port to PC Would still be comfortable for people that used to play the older games on console. I bet someone that played Ground zeroes can answer me this.

It played well enough on PC for me but if you're used to a certain control scheme you should try to fit it there. Also, get Ground Zeroes on PC when it's 5 bucks, it'll be a good test (plus your progress will carry over, I believe).
Why is Big Boss in PW acting like he isn't aware of the truth behind The Boss' defection?
He doesn't want to [sp]give Dr. Strangelove the last bit of information she'll need to finish Peace Walker's AI and proceed with the nuclear launch and stuff[/sp]
para-medic did nothing wrong
para-medic did nothing wrong
More like Para-Mengele, am I right

First thing I do once the Plant chapter starts up grab onto the railings in the diving room and grind my Grip gauge to level 3 for the first time ever the hard way over the course of half an hour before I even start up the story for real
Man that Meryl ass in MGS, I bet those 50 pixels must have blown people's mind.
Hot water may not be a big deal for you, but it sure might be for anyone else.
MEN, INSTALL THE NEW WATER HEATER ooh that's nice nothing like a hot shower after a long day in the field
How the hell do I get S on the GZ Intel Acquisition on Hard? I killed nobody and I didn't trigger any alarms and yet I still only get an A. Same thing with the assassination mission, extracted both targets and tranq'd half the base (missed the prisoners tho) yet I only got an A.
is there a way to play peace walker on PC? that and mgs4 are the only ones I haven't played and I'd rather try and tackle peace walker since its more relevant. I know the basic plot from reading about it n shit but I'd rather play it to get the finer details.

For reference Yes this does work, granted for the assassination mission they bolt if there's an alert but there's a tower you can pop a smoke grenade in, use the sniper rifle to take out both the targets (you can see both from there) and be gone inside of four mins. EZ S rank.

Tranq the two guards in the area, hide them from the camera and go down into the boiler room. Interrogate the bald guy twice to get the cassette tape and knock him out. Go back to the truck, put the driver next to the truck door, kick him to wake him up and then hide in the truck. He'll go alert for a second but it doesn't matter, eventually he'll get in and drive all the way back to the start point, completing the mission and getting you an achievement.
Why is the save and load system so awkward in MGS1. Like, I'm trying to get pass the electrical grid and saved at that point. But when I load that save I'm taken to the start of the entire area and has to redo everything. edit: actually just realized it takes like 2 min to get back nvm :v:

Since the levels are relatively small it's not too much of an issue.
Local comic shop had the PAK Quiet and sold out within the afternoon apparently my sniper raifu will have to wait
Ya the mgs games never saved your coordinates in a level or your items. Since the levels are relatively small it's not too much of an issue.
It's better to save as soon as you enter an area if you really have to, or save after something happened, like a boss.
You honestly don't ever need to save 'til you're done playing for the day, or when Mei Ling has a bad feeling.
