The LE Triumph isn't the exact model in the game, the one in the trailers has very pronounced rearview mirrors while the LE Triumph has none whatsoever.

I hope you can play as the Ocelot Unit. I think they look really cool.

One of the issues I see with the motorcycles is, where does DD go? Quiet doesn't seem to ride with you since she does her weird jumping thing, but DD does, so unless they have sidecars...

It's not the Ocelot Unit uniform, it's just a black and red color variant of the standard fatigues named "Black Ocelot". This is completely different from the Ocelot Unit outfit in the Quiet trailer, which BB has yet to be seen wearing in any capacity. The revolver isn't a single action anything either, it's a color variant of a revolver that's in the game by default. Also, only the digital version comes with those, the physical version comes with a different set of items. The collectors edition does come with all, however.

Having watched the E3 2015 trailer like 10 times now, I have to say, Zero's lines are perfect and have me hyped for the story line in a way I wasn't before. Like, "I have found the way." Goddamn.

The motorcycle could always be a companion (like D-Walker) which would eliminate the whole confusion wth DD and Quiet.
