im gonna change MGS:V to "A Hideo Kojima Game" every time i launch it via steam
Now to get back to my no-kills playthrough of mgs3.
On the subject of no kill MGS3, since I did one of my own I feel wrong as fuck killing anyone in that game now.
No kill runs make the bosses a tonne more fun in my opinion. The Volgin fight is fun [sp]and easy[/sp] as fuck doing it non lethal.
A good chunk of the bosses are actually easier doing it nonlethally.
Yeah, in MGS2 I found [sp]Vamp[/sp] was a lot easier non-lethaly. Also I didn't realize food rots over time in mgs3 so i was feeding Snake rotten flld that I got a month and a half ago or so. Hehe, whoops.

People found out how to mod the title screen graphic for GZ so I expect the fandom to do something involving all this.
A mod to randomly generate Hideo credits throughout the whole game

I fucked up my no-kill when I unwittingly threw a poisonous snake at a guard. My only kill in that entire playthrough.

I spent a long time trying to beat him on European Extreme with the knock out handkerchief and getting up to 5 consecutive Mosin Nagant shots in the back of his head via tactical reloads before I realised the fun and easy way.
[sp]"Judo, eh!?"[/sp]
I wonder if they made Volgin cheat so the fight would be challenging. It's hard to tell because he does enjoy being a position of power
Food rotting is a great mechanic because you can blow up a storehouse and make all the soldiers starve, then throw rotten food or poison food around and they'll gladly eat it.
Up until recently I thought food never rotted in MGS3 and just thought everyone was a liar.
Then I realized that every time I played the game, I beat it within the same day so the food didn't even have time to rot.
Yeah that is one of the techniques for beating the fear is to put rotten food everywhere.
I'll attend this year's Gamescom and someone better remind me that I should slap a "A Hideo Kojima booth" sticker on the MGS: V booth.
Regarding the "A Hideo Kojima Production" and Kojima Productions logo: Isn't it possible that Kojima made a deal with Konami to retain the rights to Kojima Productions when he leaves, on the condition that the labels are removed from the game's marketing and box? Just a theory.

I wish that was the case, but considering Snake's japanese VA said the team will be disbanded after TPP is said and done, I don't think that'll be the case.
Couldn't Kojima Productions just regroup under a different name if they had funding?
I really want to see what will Kojima do after he's done with MGSV.

They could, but that can take a long time and they're probably looking for work right now. Don't know if they'd wait.

He's going to make his last Metal Gear game. And then he's really going to make his last Metal Gear game. But not until he makes his actual last Metal Gear game.

I'm sure Kojima Productions looks good on a resume. If the staff want to work on another game like metal gear, they might have trouble finding a studio in Japan that wants to make a game like that
Kojima actually used to be a vice president for Konami but something happened to cause him to not be a vice president anymore. This is probably the fallout of that happening.

If they miraculously found a good publisher, it could happen quite fast. Wikipedia tells me that within four months of Vince Zampella and Jason West being fired by Activision, 38 of the 46 Infinity Ward employees that subsequently left were working for them at Respawn. Granted, that's largely because EA wanted the Infinity Ward guys but Kojima's imminent unemployment is undoubtedly raising interest already.
I heard we can do Rocket Peace in TPP is it true?
I need this.

Hopefully the guys over at Kojima Productions LA find jobs too. The new MGO looks sick.

Hopefully they aren't completly shuttered. I'd hate to see MGO3 cut down before its time. I'm extremely worried about the post release support of MGS5 as a whole because of the whole Konami debacle.

Who knows if they were disbanded as well. They were technically two different studios.

At least this one will have a PC iteration that fans can salvage no matter what Konami does to fuck it up.

They were renamed to "Konami LA", so most of those people will likely keep their jobs.

They've just been rebranded as Konami Productions LA. They're still working on MGO and might do the DLC/post launch support for it

Not necessarily. There have been games that were so locked down that mod support was practically non-existent.
Really all they'd have to do is not provide the ability to make dedicated servers and force a purity check on all the assests for everyone joining a server.
