Still hyped on DOOM. I'm hoping this is a "Wolfenstein: TNG" kinda situation, since the E3 gameplay from that game looked very slow and COD-ish for the sake og demo purposes and then it turned out to be a fast paced over the top amazing shooter.

no one wants to see spazzy mouse shit which is why they always make it slow and smooth
Also, they seemed to have fixed my biggest gripe with the previous Fallout games, the lackluster shooting. From the trailer, it seemed that there was more "omph" in the guns, recoil, better sound, and enemies that aren't bullet sponges.

Besides Fallout 4 I wasn't really impressed. Doom didn't really wow me and I couldn't care less about the smaller titles.

This thread was painful to read when Todd came onto the stage, then you all did a 180 after seeing gameplay. Is it really so surprising that Bethesda made improvements and made a (potentially) great game?
I mean be skeptical and don't pre-order sure, but there is no need to insult the development team or the work they put into the game (that you don't even have in your hands to judge yet).

I did not expect FO4 to excite me more than Doom 4. Maybe it's because Fallout was the clear focus of the conference.
