Unless Bethesda use id Software magic I'm not expecting anything amazing. Skyrim's Creation engine was just an advanced Gamebryo, they even recycled some in-game assets.
I know this won't be a popular opinion, but I would be fine if they did a full game on Skyrim's engine. It would be awesome to see what they could do with it.
The Surprise was not Portal 2 itself, it was the PS3 version of Portal 2. P2 was announced months before E3.
Source 2, L4D3, Half Life 3 are all in development. Most of "Hype" was caused by the communities grasping at straws. But we all know that it's officially in development.
Source 2 is indeed in development but the other two as far as I know weren't officially announced. You saying they are has about the same weight as me saying they aren't. I remember some leaked pictures of emails regarding their development but that was a long time ago. The point is with Valve at this point we can't know if they are making game or not unless they tell us. Other companies are simply too big or focused to not make games.
Maybe Mario Party needs a rebrand.
Like they announce a Luigi Party, or Wario Party, and it returns to the classic format, but they're allowed to add all sorts of new innovations.
Would certainly attract peoples attentions, rather than being "ohh mario party 11 the last two sucked yaaayyyy..."
Wario Party
Everyone starts with 100 coins and 10 stars, and the goal is to steal everyone else's coins and stars. All minigames are about screwing each other over and being dicks.

Amazing
I want a New Super Mario Bros game that looks and plays like Super Mario World, not Super Mario Bros 3
NSMBU was kind of trying to go for that but it was not far enough in my opinion, it was only superficial
With characters from Wario Ware.
Which reminds me, I'd love to see a new Mario game from Next Level Games... something like Strikers Charged.

You can't announce a game unless a lot of its basic assets are done (engine, most of the story, some maps, models, scenes, etc.)
We know Valve is working on HL3, that they haven't said anything about it means they are still reiterating most of it, and don't have solid ground yet.
Mario Maker looks so cool, but I'm REALLY APPREHENSIVE about the idea that it'll just be way too restrictive. Of course, it ain't ever going to be a Super Mario Bros X killer, but I'd at least like to be able to make some real-ass good Mario levels, yknow? Not just stupid sandbox levels with koopas riding on paragoombas. It'd especially be neat if you could package levels into a group and make worlds around them, with secret exits and such. That'd really sell the game to me. But it seems like they're going in a route where it'll be much simpler than that, which makes me sad.
That apprehension is what is making me still want a NSMB game that is much more like World than 3, because if my fears are right and it's so restrictive you can't do too much with it at all, then Mario Maker is not going to be the thing that satiates my desire for a good NSMB-like-World game. NSMBU wasn't that either, because it did not take it nearly far enough in my mind to truly be the call-back to World that World so desperately deserves now. Nintendo has all of this nostalgia for 3, and yet in my opinion, World is the slightly better game between the two. Yes, 3 was a bigger milestone, but World just feels better to me, and that's why I want this. It's not even the physics I'm worried about here, I think New Super Mario Bros physics are fine, it's the general aesthetic and world design that NSMBU didn't capture. NSMBU did have the 'one single overworld' just like World did, but the tired trope of 'grasslands, desert, beach/ice, etc' was still there, the same trope that was done in 3 and tired off by New Super Mario Bros Wii. AND, the same trope that was not used in Super Mario World.
All I want is that shining moment where I can finally experience a new Mario 2D game that is essentially just a new World and nothing else. The A Link Between Worlds of Super Mario World, as you could probably put it. We've revisited Super Mario Bros 3 just waaaaay too much now in New Super Mario Bros, I think we should give World some time in the nostalgia limelight.
If you have SMBWii There's Reggie I've used it a couple of times. It's a suprisingly powerful editor that allows you to pretty much many any kind of stage you want (even new worlds if you're good enough)
If Fallout 4's happening, I hope Obsidian will develop it.
Ah. The last good burnout.
wait what
All minigames are about screwing each other over and being dicks.
But this is already how Mario Party works.
Super paper Mario 2
When
Super paper Mario 2

After an actual Paper Mario game comes out. SPM was alright but it was not what the series needed.
im so fucking sick of mario games
Fixed
Also i must be the only one who isn't a least bit excited about this new NFS game. Then again, i found racing games to be boring as shit and only played some of the ps1 era NFS and racing games that i barely remember now
If Fallout 4's happening, I hope Obsidian will develop it.
Is there like, a law somewhere that says that every time someone posts something about fallout 4, someone has to post this?
Is there like, a law somewhere that says that every time someone posts something about fallout 4, someone has to post this?
It's the natural process. Fallout 4 gets mentioned, somebody says they'd want Obsidian to do it - then an argument occurs over whether New Vegas was better than FO3
I'll be happy with any iteration as long as its not going into sewers and killing ghouls for most of the quests :v:
Really I have 1000 hours in New Vegas, I need some new content
To be fair the shooting is the least janky thing in STALKER, it's one of the most janky things in Fallout.
I've played and beaten Newer Super Mario Bros Wii, it's absolutely fantastic, I love it to bits, so I'm aware of Reggie and the power behind it.
sadly, I am not willing to make this true modern successor to Super Mario World myself, because I am lazy.
but look now at Mario Maker 2015 !!
this is true but like I said that jank is gettin stank and unless they're rolling out the footage which is like "yo we fixed it" I'm honestly not interested
I feel ya bro.
I mean, you can play NV almost without shooting, I might still be interested if that's a possibility.
I always felt shooting was fine in New Vegas, it was total ass in Fallout 3 though

There was a difference?
