On the Bongo Card, there's a space for Dead Space/Titanfall. This space was grasping at straws in the first place, and Respawn's said they won't be showing anything (meaning no Titanfall) and Visceral just had a bunch of layoffs (meaning I wouldn't count on a new Dead Space). Basically, give me ideas to replace that space. It's gotta be a tough one, however. If there are any other spaces that are like this, let me know.
VR Friendly?
Do we have any drinking charts for 2015 yet? I remember having a good one last year.
Do we have any drinking charts for 2015 yet? I remember having a good one last year.
I can already add this to a drinking chart if we make one. Down a whole bottle of the strongest Soviet Vodka if Anita Sarkeesan takes the stage.
Brink 2 :v: Also the hell is that one under Mirror's Edge?
looks like dishonored.
looks like dishonored.
Ah, yeah. Maybe adding what series the games are to the titles that are just icons might be nice in case of "hmm, that looks familiar but I dunno what it is"
looks like dishonored.
It's the mark of the Outsider, a prominent character from Dishonored.

Found the one from last year [img_thumb]https://i.imgur.com/KIWLhqF.jpg[/img_thumb]
Quick question: Are the Nintendo World Championships being livestreamed also?

How about now? Dropbox loves giving me bad links.
looks like dishonored.
Loved Dishonored, a sequel would be great! Atleast that's what I believe.
I'm expecting conference quality/content wise for it to go like this Bethesda(DOOM, FO4, Dishonored2) Microsoft(H5, Gears,Crackdown, Scalebound, PC announcements) Nintendo(Because Nintendo are always fun at E3) EA(ME4, Battlefront, ME2, pretty much every game they were meant to show last year) PC conference(Graphics cards announcements and Star Citizen) Sony(Have already confirmed they're not doing much for the PS4 at E3) Ubisoft(GIRLWOOD)
So Nintendo had a Direct last night in Japan and announced a bunch of new games: Seems odd to do this so close to E3.

Every direct has had their japanese one be slightly longer with more info, but this was enough for them to make a separate direct entirely. Honestly this makes me more hype for E3, as they'll focus on the titles we'll be seeing come to America.
Most if not all of these games are japan exclusive, not to mention slated for this summer/early fall; why waste time explaining them during E3 times if they won't be there?
I really doubt that the new Sonic and Mario at the Olympics, Dr. Mario and Chibi Robo game will be Japan Exclusive.
I really doubt that the new Sonic and Mario at the Olympics, Dr. Mario and Chibi Robo game will be Japan Exclusive.
While you are probably right, I don't think they'd be shown off at E3 either- the first because "lol olympics," and the two others most likely being too small/not important enough. Hopefully we'll see them in a later, August Direct (which we have gotten before, back in '13) Not to disparage any of these games, but I feel Nintendo has some big plans for this E3, and want to dedicate it to the larger projects they've been working on.

Also, it's transparent now!
this is a really weird bingo card why are there a half-life/l4d3/vulkan spaces when valve is not attending or presenting? why specifically 3 zombie games? why put a space for doom when it's already confirmed to being shown off? why would nintendo announce another mainline mario game when super mario 3d world isn't that old and mario maker hasn't even released yet? why is there a space for the stream dying when people aren't all necessarily using the same streaming site or service? why is there a space for ps4 exclusive but not xbox one or wii u?
Because it's not a bingo card. It's a bongo card.
is a bongo card supposed to be more predictable?
So Nintendo had a Direct last night in Japan and announced a bunch of new games: Seems odd to do this so close to E3.
Quick Summary for those that were just going to fumble through for interesting tidbits: Dragon Quest VIII [3DS] Square-Enix Super Robot Taisen BX [3DS] Namco (series known as Super Robot Wars in the west, probably not coming since the prequal, SRT UX, didn't) Tobidasu! Nyanko Daisensou (series goes by Battle Cats on iOS in the west, name literally means Pop! Great War Cats, seems to be a port of the iOS version) Fire Emblem if (showcased amiibo support and how the 3D visuals are utilized in this game, as in certain situations you can switch to a third-person behind-the-shoulder camera to view the world instead of just seeing overworld sprites) Rhythm Tengoku Plus (series goes by Rhythm Heaven in the west) Explained amiibo cards. Animal Crossing will be one of the first series to support them. Animal Crossing: Happy Home Designer (looks like it is a standalone 3DS game for the series, will also have a 3DS bundle version and one bundled with the amiibo reader for the 3Ds and amiibo cards. Looks like it is a full-fledged sequal based on the different retail options but no footage shown) Famicom Remix: Best Choice (seems to just be a Japanese version of Ultimate NES Remix, which is not available there, yet) Pokemon Super Mystery Dungeon (actually looks better visually than X/Y/OR/AS) Lasso Action! Guru Guru! Chibi-Robo! (Probably will translate to Chibi-Robo: Grab and Spin or something like that, for the 3DS. Is more like a 2D platformer than past Chibi-Robo games and allows Chibi-Robo to use his plug like a lasso or whip. Still have an energy meter that works like a timer. Will have an amiibo of him sitting in grass. Amiibo seems to have perks of giving him double energy time and increased durability with modifable perks through playing) Dr. Mario & Bacteria Extermination (seems to be a 3DS three-pack title of a Dr. Mario remake using the Online Rx visuals, Dr. Mario Online Rx (which is known as Dr. Mario: Bacteria Extermination in Japan) and Dr. Luigi) Mario & Sonic at the Rio 2016 Olympic Games (Nabbit is now playable. Boom-Boom is now a species of minion. Deadly Six from Sonic: Lost World seem to be playable. Wii U & 3DS) Super Mario Galaxy is going to be a Wii eShop title, at least in Japan. Punch Out will finally arrive there. Trauma Team will be the first 3rd party Wii eShop title, at least in Japan. Yoshi's Wooly World will have collectable patterns to find throughout the game, including one that makes Yoshi look like a famicom, with his arms being decorated to look like Famicom controllers. Kamek is the antagonist, turning Yoshis into individual yarn bundles. Yoshi travels around trying to get the bundles back in order to turn his friends back into sentient yarn again. The yarn you collect becomes the different collectable patterns. Game will different pause button powers you can use to get yourself out of a pickle, similar to the original Yoshi's Island pause power ups, including one that acts almost like a temporary save state that allows you to rewind a bit. Game has platforming mechanics not present in other Yoshi games, such as climbing. Poochy is back and plays like before. Project Treasure finally shown. Looks almost like if Left 4 Dead was a Japanese beat 'em up. Players form 4-man teams to traverse a level while avoiding hoardes of mummies, zombies and more. Your goal is apparently to heist artifacts from tombs, temples and other hidden areas. Airou Village DX for the 3DS (probably Japanese-exclusive) Monster Hunter X will be a new game on the 3DS.
Pokemon Super Mystery Dungeon (actually looks better visually than X/Y/OR/AS)
Wish they'd gone for the look X/Y has in battles. I thought that was a really nice way of working within the 3DS's limits, and calling back to the old pixelated style a bit.
I have a good feeling about this E3. Mostly from Bethesda, but i have a gut feeling its going to be good. [sp]Left 4 Dead 3 please.[/sp]
Chibi-robo feels like a Castelvania for little kids, look at that whip "reskin"
Do you think there might be a surprise new console announcement this e3? It would be cool to see a new competitor step up against the other 3.
Do you think there might be a surprise new console announcement this e3? It would be cool to see a new competitor step up against the other 3.
I think it would be a death sentence to whichever company created the console to release it mid-generation. You're either going to have no support due to having similar specs to already-present communities that will not be willing to make the jump, or you're making a more powerful unit that is either more expensive and thus less enticing for the consumer and more likely to force the other manufacturers hands at starting a new generation in 2016-2017 with better specs that make the system obsolete rapidly. Go too weak on the specs and it's OUYA all over again. Make it be based on PC and you have to compete with PCs (obviously) and SteamBoxes, which are already a difficult sell. This is currently not a healthy environment for entering the console manufacturing business as it is on the decline, and I don't see any manufacturer succeeding at even gaining a foothold unless they are an already big name like Amazon, Google or Apple (and Apple has already failed once to enter the console business during a time when new console entries were absolutely flourishing). If a manufacturer succeeds at entering, it's with a mobile phone that also has handheld buttons for gaming, sort of like a Nokia n-Gage but done more effectively.
No lie, if a new dream cast was announced I would get it just because it's dreamcast. I get what you are saying though. You would have to hit a really sweet spot to be able succeed in the current console market.
