The game that tops my wishlist for announcements that will never happen in No More Heroes 3. I just love the series and universe it's set up and everything about it but I know it's not gonna happen.

I would not have a problem with that, because there was so much to the world of Dishonored that we didn't get to see- if we did get a sequel (the video doesn't prove it, by the way, I agree he says "We're honored to" instead of "Dishonored II") it'd hopefully explore the rest of the world and maybe reference Corvo a tiny bit.
If we had a Dishonored sequel, I'd prefer it just be in the universe they made. I just want to explore the world they created, it was such an interesting place.

I won't mind too much if the main character isn't Corvo. If we have another talking protagonist like Daud, and have it set in a different part of the Dishonored world, that would be a great place to start with a sequel.
Overkill is having a pre-E3 party that is being streamed live right now. They announced Payday for mobile and there should be a Walking Dead premiere.

As soon as a rumor for a Dishonored sequel came up, people guessued that the game would had taken place on one of the other isles of the game's setting and follow another protagonist (some also claimed the game would had featured Daud as a protagonist telling his story on his native island, forgot the name, but if you ask me the Dishonored DLC campaign kind of make that not necessary now)

The Ubisoft conference will either be a glorious trainwreck that'll show that the entire corporation is in fact completely off their rockers, or they'll realize that nobody takes Ubisoft seriously anymore and they'll just turn the whole show into a huge mockery.
I mentioned in the survey the main director for the past few games has a climbing tower fetish and that it should get checked.

Is there any way to tell the difference between the two?
With Dishonored 2 there's a huge potential for a sequel. We experienced only one of the islands, the rest we could only read about.

There's also a lot hinted in the various books around Dunwall about the other places, people and more specifically, the nature of the outsider and his motives.

The reason I am making it before I sleep is in case I miss the stream and the thread will be locked, I mean I assume someone would make a new one, tho probably after the stream.
I don't really get why you assuming a dishonored 2 just because Arcane studios is involved, it could be new IP for all we know
