Why do you need SLI? This game is really well optimized.
Unless your running something along the lines of a GTX 9600 or 260.

I can see the radio station becoming a very dangerous place. It's where myself and my friends met and I don't imagine we were the only ones. I can see it becoming a main meeting point. Could be fun.

Because I get about 35-40 fps on most places on one of my 580's.
called in an airdrop on an empty mountain, got to it fine. lured away all the zombies.
walked up to it, accidentally ran into the crate and died instantly. gg no re.

They are now apparently.
So I was with my friends in a truck and we were looking to get another vehicle.
I crashed as we were going over a hill, and the truck started going in like a 40 degree angle into the air and started flying.
My friends got pictures of them, but that's a hilarious bug.
So the best loot comes in the form of a quest in this game.

are randomly found, you figure out the riddle, find the cache, and then put the key in the cache and it'll give you stuff.
My group had two of them not knowing what they did till about 10 mins ago, we went out and found the cache and got an ar15, 80 ammo, shotgun, shotgun ammo, two backpacks that have 2000 weight, 2 compasses, MREs, 2x nightvision goggles. There are caches hidden all over the map, I 've seen a few myself and never knew what they were for until now.
So the best equipment you can get in game seems to be from an item you can only get by killing zombies and possibly finding them in loot spots.
Pretty cool addition to the game!

Found the same stuff near Rose Lake or something, I got NVGs,Shotgun,Shotgun ammo,Compass,Ammo for AR15 and a ton of AR ammo. Only one backpack though.
Me and my friend had a fun little adventure during it all which was fun because it actually gave our wandering some purpose.
Note to people, don't move a ground temper around with a car nearby.
I accidentally ended up hulk smashing my car into the distance.
With the new loot patch I had a blast for 2 hours with some friends. Food was still a major problem, more than I thought it would be. I'm amazed I wasn't obese by the time we called it quits.
oh so thats what the empty loot cache's are for, i found one in the mountains Radio station, didnt have a key/letter though
edit: just ran in to some sort of hacker, teleported to me after i respawned each time and continued to punch me out.. one of the benefits of nameplates i guess is i know its the same guy doing it

If you live in Europe wait till tuesday, they plan to release a ton more EU servers then.
I personally don't have the patience to wait 1,5 to 3 hours in a queue while I could be doing other things. :v:

However, I'm honestly flabbergasted that no developer or designer paused and thought "Hey maybe bright white nameplates makes people a little to easy to spot" in a fucking survival game. Most likely hundreds of thousands of dollars have been spent so far developing this game and simple foolish design decisions like that are made.

Something like this happened to me on a PvE server.
When I first got in, I saw a few survivors with guns running around, so I went and hid in a blackberry bush. When they got closer I saw their white name tags and realized that they can probably see mine. Sure enough, one of them stopped and turned to me, then went up to the bush and said on voice chat "I'm going to eat your cover". I looked at him and said "Okay". He harvested the bush and then we went our separate ways.

my friend said that every server you switch to starts a new char, i figure there should be one that should be like a central fpusa server, and the same for other regions.
The subtle music in this game is great, especially when you're alone exploring/looting abandoned towns.
I'm honestly having a blast with this game. I'm glad I didn't get swept away with that refund train and stuck around to try the game for myself and formed my own opinion.
Really wish I could play Battle Royale. Haven't been able to get into a game since launch day.
I genuinely have no idea how to get into Battle Royale.

From what my friends tell me, they are just constantly full and since nothing on the scoreboard refreshes until you relog into the game it often looks full.
To me it seems like they all open at the same time and when I constantly look, they are never open
it seems hackers are already in the game
i tried asking a guy for water, then i started punching him and he ran through a fence.
