If you're using photoshop, you might want to consider trimming the edges down; presumably you're using an outlining tool like stroke and those tend to follow every pixelated edge. It passes on some parts but the jaggedness gets pretty obvious around well-lit portions like omniknight's armor and TA's arms

I don't think he's intentionally creating that outline. I have a feeling those are remnants of a failed background removal.
