That's one of the issues I have with Taunts in Dota 2; they worked in TF2 because you couldn't be caught-out as easily in that game and dying wasn't as big a thing for that title. However, in a game where a single mistake can make you feed Gold and XP to the enemy, and thus you have to be on your guard all the time, having a taunt that locks you in place and whatnot seems like a "Here I am, fuck me up" button, like feeding/throwing with style.
It'd be alright if it were a game where dying wasn't all that big a deal, but in a game like Dota, it just seems like a terrible thing, terrible as my disapproval may sound.

You can interrupt taunts.

Yeah no bollocks to that image.
Taunts don't lock you in place though.
Honestly though I always forget to use mine, even after I get a rampage ulti as CM or whatever. They mostly get used to show off to new players in bot matches :I
Aren't drakes supposed to be another kind of dragon? One without feet and less powerful than normal dragons?
I heard you like windrunner :D

I didn't think it was possible to fuck this up so bad lol
[editline]9th July 2013[/editline]
on the other hand I just tried it and it's pretty difficult to not fuck up
Definitely wyvern, if I remember.
Wyverns just have the front two legs iirc.
Wyrms I'm not sure about, I've seen those depicted with anywhere from 0 to 4 legs..

Tinker and Timbersaw are in two different categories.
I stopped taking this seriously.

Admittedly, there are some differences between Timbersaw/Alchemist and Tinker/Sniper/Clockwerk, despite both being Keen.

I'm not sure Timbersaw and Alch are keens, they may be goblins. They have a slightly different body structure, along with different ears and skin color.

They both have purple skin, and they are about as different to eachother as real humans are. Who says all keens have to be cookie-cutter look exactly the same?
[editline]9th July 2013[/editline]
And I'm pretty sure there's evidence of their keenship somewhere, but I don't exactly remember where.

Honestly though, a cube could make a good alternative for Io :v:

I more meant their size than anything.

All keen are short (???)
[editline]9th July 2013[/editline]
Sniper, Tinker, Clockwerk, Gyro, Alchemist, and Timbersaw are all very short.

mythology, the more you know

wyverns always made more sense to me, since their arms just turned into wings rather than having 2 extra limbs for that purpose
Wyrms are like eastern dragons, Wyverns are birdy dragons, Drakes are lesser dragons, and dragons are dragon dragons who dragon.
Wyrms are cool motherfuckers, second only to Dragons.
ok? why did you post this
i can't tell which is more dumb, this edit or what you originally said:
ok? thank you for the dota content
kind of a stupid edit considering it's pretty obvious why he posted it, there was a dota conversation pertaining to the definition of drakes. good attempt at sniping his post i guess
