Those tower 'I dunno' arms made me giggle quite a bit.
But yeah the rest of the video was terribly bad
I enjoyed invoker being a pompous ass, killing the creeps instantly and making the catapult creep run away (plus that tower)
other than that, no fucking clue
Pudge goes mid. Starts feeding invoker. Sniper comes mid to gank. Meanwhile Invoker denies an entire wave of creeps flawlessly. Pudge builts some sort of deadly cartapult for some reason, then sniper blinks in with his illusion rune and barrages Invoker. Sniper leaves, feeling his job is done here then Pudge feeds yet again.
The overarching joke may be that this Pudge is one of 'those' Pudges and went mid with a bottle only, and didn't even bother grabbing the rune.
Edit: On closer inspection, the Invoker mouths 'what the fuck' upon seeing the Tankapult. He is just as confused as you are.

SFM random videos are a welcome change from Gmod random videos because they look much better because of high-quality models and renders.
