Crystal Maiden with Haste rune is probably the best thing for her in the game. She can run and actually help gank somebody after placing all of her wards.

Its the same price as the other Siberia V2's with LEDs, so I think its okay. On top of that the vyse is prolly worth something in the steam marketplace.
Was reading on reddit how the battle-fury cosmetic is priced more than the headset it was bundled with.
Only downside i see is that:
1. The LED versions (Frost, Orange and Dota 2) dont have the "USB 2.0 soundcard featuring a 12-channel equalizer and 7.1 Virtual surround sound" [URL="http://steelseries.com/products/audio/steelseries-siberia-v2-usb"]which the standard siberia v2's have[/URL].
2. The choice of color (gray instead of black) is ...

I had a game like that, it looked like a guaranteed loss for like the first 30-45 minutes, but one messed up teamfight on their fight and we pushed and won.

you can purge off her ult, and when it comes down to fighting she's only good 1v1
Her passive has a miss chance, which means that she's really hard to hit once she gets a Butterfly, and her ult stacks with other lifesteal sources.
Give her late game items like a Butterfly and a MKB and she does a really decent job as a secondary DPS.

Meta changed. But, more importantly, the bounty was upped. A lot.
I know this, it's just a rhetorical question to prove that spiderlings can have bounty and be useful.
I think its more that its so easy to stop her from getting farm/snowballing
plant a sentry ward on a web and she cant use that area, she's piss weak early game so you can harass her out of lane a lot easier than most carries (since she relies on her webs health regen) and she needs items a lot faster than most invis heroes (bounty can do bad early game but still make up for it with track gold, riki has free aoe slow+silence+miss and other shit, clinkz can pick up a centaur with his ult and farm quick with his flaming arrows+seige towers with strafe, and get pickoffs even with a late orchid) but brood doesnt have that luxury, and with lots of easier to play+snowball heroes like lifestealer, weaver, and gyro, she just fell off
plus since lots of people play gyro, flak cannon does wonders vs spiderlings
