shes excellent as a ganker/laner/carry disable. her miss chance really fucks people over, plus if she gets enough farm she can either:
1.buy boots of travel and a fuckload of mana items and push lanes constantly.
2.buy survival items and attack items and be fucking unstoppable with bkb.
if a person who plays brood really knows what to do, they can be extremely annoying with or without farm and dont ever really rely on their web past laning phase and invisibility period.

I don't know the match exactly, but it was one of the ones where Fnatic picked Meepo.
Picture this.
The enemy team (hereafter called Team A) is playing two-core+initiate-into-stun/nuke-combo. No way you can beat their farm or stop their teamfight.
Meepo has Boots of Travel. Profit is doing his HOLLA HOLLA GET DOLLA thing.
All game, pressure is on Team A's Barracks. All of them. No matter how fast or hard they farm. Every time they try to line up a teamfight, Team B, the Meepo pickers, just run for it. Fly to the window. Won't fight at all. The kills are all pick offs or super expensive, lengthy ganks costing them tons of farm and lane presence.
Team A tries to go for the heart. Takes mid racks. Meepo starts knocking on their Ancient.
Base race. Too many Meepos. The Glyph. Not enough.
Meepwned.
